This review applies to the Canada Post at thus store not Shoppers in general. I've had very poor experience with the lady named Kendy. She is one of the most uncooperative and negative customer service personnel I've had the displeasure of dealing with. It is alst as if she tries to make things difficult for her customers. When picking up packages, instead of using a tracking number which is the unique identifier for a package, she would insist to ask for the address because she said it's easier for her. When you try to show her the number so it's accurate, she would insist that I read the number to her while she typed it in. When you ask her I'd a package has come in, she would ask me what did my pickup slip say. Her negativity and unhelpful attitude need to be corrected as they project a very poor image for Canada Post, which I have always found to be rather good.

The pharmacy assistant Asian lady (Thuy Phan I believe) with glasses and short curly hair is so rude. I was just there to get the prescription. Honestly, I greeted her from the start and just asked some questions after handing her the prescription.However, she treated you like nobody and did not let people continue their sentences at all from the start.In addition, fax from the doctor came but she did not even want to help me check/confirm. She insisted that those paper on the side were junk, while clearly I can see the updated prescriptions from the doctor were on the top.I could not understand why would a staff treat their customer like this? Especially when someone is in need of medications. She shows no sympathy, willingness to help, or even just completing her normal work (checking two pieces of paper that were three steps away from her)?The other pharmacists are very nice in general.Please maintain your customer service and treat your customers with some respect!

Very unprofessional staff. I asked them for a passport picture. The cashier asked a guy named Tyler to take and he responded I don’t have time. If you guys don’t have time for customers just close down the store. Really disappointed.

I never in my whole life given a 1 star for such awful experience of my life. I was treated like I stole something at the store and everyone looking at me. I bought a couple of bags of 3.25 percent milk and the first cashier was able to cash me out. I was stumbled upon a different cashier telling me there was only a 2 bag limit on milk and that was all the milk left at the store. Took away the milk in the cart and was immediately credited back with the remainder. They could have clearly put a sign specifying only a two bag limit but no sign was ever posted. Some of the milk was almost expiring and I was nice enough to help them out. Never again will I step foot into the place. Good luck.

I have never felt more uncomfortable/ disappointed by any pharmacy. The pharmacists are not only rude and unwilling to help but make you judged. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This store i was trying to use my coupons to buy things… Maria the cash supervisor read my coupons. my coupons are legit. and she told me its one per transaction. i told her she can do separately i dont care. i just want to buy my items. she called Michael (whoever that is) and said i cant. and i said have a great day. if you use coupons… dont shop at this store ! not worth your time . they treat customers with coupons like a “lemme do you a favor” or i feel bad for you type of way. Nevrr coming here again. this is my update. thanks for reading

December 1, 2022 Thursday 7:40 pm . Theres this staff ( speak canto ) work in the beauty section was giving the customer worst service and attitude ever. Long story short , I was shopping for perfume but picked up the wrong one so I ended up exchanging twice. I know it was my fault but I did not knew this brand of perfume has three of the same looking bottle. There was no sample to try so I made a mistake picking the wrong one twices. The staff told me in the face I ruined two good perfumes by exchanging to ones I want which I did apologized. Why is she giving me attitude for ? Did she forgot she’s still in duty ? I mean if you don’t want to work just go home. She has the worst tone speaking to me . Clearly she don’t know how to treat customer and situation properly.

I went to this location very often to mail some gifts to my friends, the young guy & girl who speak good English delivered very good services and I am so happy with that. However today I experienced ugly things in this location.I went to there 15 minutes before the Post office opening, so I wandered in cosmetic department and asked a couple of questions to the Asian girl on duty, she looks so rush and no patient to my question at all and she also spoke mandarin to me before checking. The way she treated customer was very un-Professional & un-Canadian like.At 11:55AM when 5 minutes before the opening, I went to post department to stay on line for the 1st one, after 12:00PM, the senior lady on duty did same thing and very rush too, I have to buy 2 box to delivery a gift to my friend for Baby Shower as the 1st one was stapled very ugly by her during the rush service which was unacceptable.Cherry those old days in Canada while every one stays calm with first come first service and everyone should stay peace.I am wondering if Post should pay the waster box due the their employee's fault in stead of customer's fault ? THANK YOU.

Called the pharmacy and explained that my doctor sent my prescription to their location by mistake. They told me they couldn’t transfer the prescription to my regular Shoppers, even though I’ve done it before at other Shoppers locations. Ridiculous.

Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Pharmacy staff go over and above to help. The store has a good variety of products and is extremely clean.
