I’ve dealt with Simplicity Car Care on a few occasions, and the experience has been excellent each time. Matthew, in particular, has always been professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I have used Simplicity for auto collision repairs multiple times over the last 15 years. They are superb in every respect. I would not consider using another collision repair business.

I had a stressful time dealing with my insurance company. The only good thing that came out of that whole experience was dealing with Mathew at Simplicity Auto. Matthew, the store manager, is the sole reason for this feedback.
Matthew turned out to be a very professional, responsive, thorough and an excellent human being. He was genuinely a blessing in disguise at Simplicity. He was efficient, diligent and empathetic. He was very disciplined in knowledge and meticulous in public dealing. He was surely the right person for managing that business as impression and examples are set from the top. The competency of Matthew was awe inspiring and I couldn't have been luckier that he was the Simplicity ambassador on duty when I walked in. I know that Matthew takes care of lots of customers in a given day, but I wanted to let him know that I am truly thankful to him. In reality, he has been maintaining Simplicity’s image and commitment in propagating customer satisfaction takes precedence.
I also met Edna. She was hospitable and immaculate in her public dealings.
Last but not least, I met Zach as well. He was quite informative and made me feel like I was not just another client. He proved to be an expert and and picture-perfect professional.
It seems like if you want to envisage customer relationship and service; in Simplicity you’re spoiled for choice. I tip my hat for people like Matthew who know how to retain an existing customer and how to acquire future ones. Two thumbs up to Simplicity for having managers like Matthew and employees like Edna and Zach who are the actual corporate assets. Thank you.

Had to get my car fixed after my coworker ran into it with their truck. The team was great and made me feel at ease leaving my car with them. Now my car is as good as new :)
