I am a regular customer. The previous boss was very nice and patient. However, after opening the new dt store, mk hired a new clerk. She had long hair and glasses and was very unnice. She was also rude when talking. When I bought two blind boxes and paid for them, she took them while paying. I was chatting with someone on my mobile phone while tinkering with the pose machine. It took me ten minutes to attach the money. I didn’t even say “wait a moment” during the process. I just put on a bad face and said I’d like to wait. The shopping experience was extremely poor.

The store was tinier than I expected. Also because they were restocking their items (restock day?), it was more cramped with boxes around and other customers in the store as well. The workers were probably busy with their own things and didn’t greet customers coming in or look up and smile… I had to ask for help, which was fine and the girl who helped me was knowledgeable. Some items in there were cheaper than I thought so I did purchase some items. They take debit, credit and cash.
They carry quite a bunch of niche series, like Frieren, Project Sekai/Hatsune Miku, Chiikawa and Love & Deepspace. Don’t see much of those elsewhere. Other stuff like Genshin, JJK, One Piece stuff are available. Cards, badges, pins, standees, figurines, plushies, keychains are all there. They’re quite active on the Instagram for item availability so go check that out before you go.

I wrote a review earlier and had a little misunderstanding of the stores in the mall so I wanted to write a new one! I love sino hobby so much I would travel to the Markham location all the time so I was so happy to learn that a new location was opening downtown I went today and the worker in unit 71 was so sweet we had a really nice talk! over all I do love the store and can’t wait to go back!

I started coming to the store to buy things more than a year ago, and I have been returning to the store since then. The two bosses are very nice. You can basically find the IP you want, and Guzi updates are very timely. I highly recommend this store to all GTA grain eaters!

my first visit here was nice, however during my visits after that were horrible.
it was very weird on my second visit. i was paying cash and they taxed me even though on my first visit they didn’t tax me and said that they don’t tax people who pay cash… which is whatever.
however the fourth experience has made the shop feel very unwelcoming. one of the employees seem distant and cold towards people who speak english, compared to those who speak chinese. it seems very biased and as someone who’s very introverted, it was disheartening.
while attending anime north, i stopped by their booth as i saw something on their ig that i was interested in… however the same distant employee was staring daggers at me while i was trying to find it and speaking to the other employee, but was all happy speaking to chinese customers.
the store is very cramped and it feels uncomfortable to be stared at when just trying to shop peacefully. the prices are kinda expensive but that is completely understandable since i am aware that small businesses need to make earnings as well.
i wish they had better customer service.

This was such a FUN. Store to visit. For ankme lovers, definitely come here. There's demon slayer, genshin impact, honkai star rail, Hatsune miku (colorful stage), heavens official blessing, jujutsu kaisen, and more! Super fun place. I will DEFINITELY. come back!!
