I recently had an exceptional experience at Skechers in Markville. The sales associate, Renée, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, suggesting options that perfectly suited my style and comfort requirements. I left the store with two pairs of new shoes that I absolutely love. I would definitely return for future shoe purchases!

Asked the rep many times and he wasn't interested in showing the product. Finally he offered help and got two products completely different size then what I asked for because he may have not listened to me even once while I was talking to him. I asked that person 5 times and still he brought wrong size. Complete disregard of customer.

Excellent customer service from this location! I took my family to buy shoes at this location. We were greeted upon entering and was offered help right away. They had a wide variety of shoes and lots of sizes. There were a lot of customers in the store but all the workers kept making sure all customers were taken care of. Wonderful experience and would definitely return and recommend!

I bought the shoes from Skechers store, they are very comfortable but there was some defect in the shoe and i noticed my left side shoe was making some weird noice while i walk and i went to the store and they exchanged it right away, guy named Ben is very helpful, im happy that they let me chose another model because that model was not available in the store because i bought it like 4 months ago, 5 stars to their service and its worth the moneyThank you Ben.

I would like to commend Matthew, an employee at Markville Skechers. He spent an hour helping me look for some walking shoes. Matthew was knowledgeable, patient, hard-working and kind. He seemed to instinctively become aware of what I needed before I verbalized it. His manner resulted in the purchase of 2 pairs of shoes. He is definitely an asset to your company and I wanted to let you know.
