I came here to drop off a Purolator package after Purolator shops in my area had closed down. The lady at the desk, Veenus, had helped someone else to pack their own to ship. When it was my own turn, I asked if she could help me tape the label onto the bag. She told me she didn't have tape and to go but some... even though she had just helped someone to do so. She had already scanned and processed this and my other item for return. And she had to go back and void it... more time on her and my end because she would spare 2 pieces of tape. Like, seriously? You just did it for the 3 customers before me...

Single staff handling photos and shipping services... Leading to long lines. Suggest more staff in that section.Prices for other store goods was reasonable. Google selection

Customers service is terrible. They act like they are doing you a favour. Cashier pretends not to hear you and acts quite rude.

Extremely rude service at the staples here. I went to get a passport photo, and the lady there (middle eastern) was trying to rush when I explained to her the specifications of the green card lottery photo. She said “you dont have to explain anything to me, I know about it” and so I kept quiet and let her do her thing. And then when she printed out my photo, I said its a digital copy not a printed copy, and she was mad at the fact that I did not specify this to her. Well lady, you never let me explain what I need, instead try to rush me. So damned if I do damned if I dont? And what the hell, why do I need to buy a USB when you can email me the photo?

shady business, unethical and definitely not carbon friendly. ordered mouse. received email that it was ready to pick up. upon arrival at store, i was going to pull up the pickup email, BUT instead found a CANCELLATION email which was sent as i was driving there. total waste of time and gas.

Our go to place for printing and courier services. Passport pictures are also available here. The cost was $21. Prices are reasonable for printing at the photographer. I had business cards done here and I was pleased with the quality. There's usually a line in the business area for service.

Multiple bad experiences here. Can’t complete a very simple printing job properly. Double check your orders before leaving because they will be incorrect. Also expect a very long wait.

Ordered custom postcards, they never came in on time like the email said.The associate told me I could receive a refund once my order arrived at the store because it was late. I came in today when after my order had arrived at the store for a refund. The associate was so lost and didn’t know what I was talking about.I had to direct her to the drawer where the online order prints were kept. The service at this staples is horrible. I waited at the print centre for 20-25 minutes just to process a refund which should have only taken 2-3 minutes.

Wanted to drop off a small package with a printed shipping label but the customer service rep (older man, who was possibly the Manager) rudely refused it because it needed it to be taped to the box and that he doesn't offer any supplies to do so. Funny enough, he sales pitched me the idea of buying rolls of tape for a nice premium price while I stare at rolls of tape and other supplies that sits on the counter behind him. I left confused as I brought in separate printing labels before and other reps were able to provide shipping pouches to attach to it. Anyway, if I'm wrong and customers are suppose to provided their own tape/pouches, then please educate me in a friendly manner. Or offer to do this once and let me know for the next time. A smile is a bonus.My advice to the older Customer Service Rep is that you need to do better.

Never a smooth experience. Always a line and employees move very slowly to address matters. Simple drop off takes forever. Need a separate rep for this option….extremely disappointed

Their photocopy and printer settings is predatory. The default is set to print in colour, which charges your more instead of default on black and white. It's purposely made that way so if you forget to select black and white for printing they can charge you more. The staff are so slow to help you here and move at a very slow pace. I had to wait while an off duty staff came to print something for free using up the computer.

No respect to the customers. When i asked someone to help they just send me to another person and then again the same thing happened when i asked for help. Then one person said me to wait and said she will come for help but that person started to service other customers and i waited there for munites but she did not even care about me. This is something unexpected as a customer.

Came here to return an item (Feb 3rd 2023, 12:25PM). The gentleman at the front was great to other customers. Unfortunately there was a lady there who did not listen to customers concerns and rushed everyone, including me. She was a little rude and it was an unpleasant experience.

The associates at the Staples shipping services are unprofessional and terrible customer service. I know my package was delivered to this location but they didn't even look for it, I even showed them the name that supposedly signed for it, the young female associate didn't seem to care and said it wasn't at their location. I confirmed with FedEx and they said it was delivered to that location. They should have looked harder for it.
