I ordered my foam board from DC and it took 3 days to arrive. I uploaded the artwork online, but after their customer service sent me a proof, I reviewed it and noticed the quality was low. That’s why I emailed them with new artwork, and Mike made all the changes for me. Thank you, Mike! I’ll definitely be ordering my marketing materials again.

I’ve been working with Start2Print.ca for a while now, and I’ve placed over 5–6 orders for marketing materials and signs. The website is easy to use, and the ordering process is smooth.
One time, I had an issue with the quality of my file. Mike from customer service emailed me before printing to let me know the file wasn’t high enough quality. He asked me to send a better version before they proceeded. That was amazing—I didn’t realize my file wasn’t print-ready, and they saved me from a poor result.
I received my order right on time, and everything looked perfect. I will continue to order all my printing needs from Start2Print and highly recommend them as one of the best printing companies in Canada.
