Mr. Roh did a full detail (interior, exterior, and engine) and the results were excellent - my car looks absolutely pristine. What really impressed me was his thoughtfulness - he even called to reschedule my appointment due to bad weather, showing he genuinely cares about his customers.
The work is thorough and meticulous every time. Highly recommend for quality detailing and exceptional customer service!

I used to be a regular customer under the previous ownership, but my recent experience with Spa Classic Auto Detailing was incredibly disappointing. I called to inquire about pricing for my SUV and asked if there were any deals for regular customers. The individual who answered the phone bluntly told me to “go elsewhere” — a completely unprofessional and rude response.
This is not the kind of customer service expected anywhere, especially in North America. A simple, polite “no, we don’t offer deals” would have sufficed. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle — let alone paying $200 — at a business that treats potential customers this way. I no longer trust this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

It was my first time using Supa Classic Auto Detailing! They are conveniently located in downtown Markham
/Unionville, near Hwy 7 and Warden Avenue. It is easy to access a few cafes and restaurants while waiting for your vehicle getting detailed. They did an outstanding job. My car looks like a new car despite being a 2010 model. They are very personable and efficient! Their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services! 😁

I dropped off my car today for interior cleaning, and I am super happy with the result - car is spotless! Thank you so much for taking me in at the last minute and for doing such a great job! Also super easy to find and lots of cafes nearby to hang out at while I waited, which was super convenient.

The appointment booking system was easy.
I dropped my RAV4 with James. He inspected the car and gave me the correct price and the time it would take to get it cleaned (both internal and external).
The car was very clean when I went to pick it up. It was really a great job.
I would suggest Supa to anyone who is looking for the perfect interior and exterior cleaning and detailing at the correct price.

Very good experience! Easy online booking system and James confirms the appointment a day before. My car had lots of dog hair and they did a really good job! Totally spotless! ❤️will definitely come back and recommend to my friends!
