For years, the Swarovski store at Markville was our go to spot to see their new pieces in person. We buy 2 to 3 items per year, so we’re not random walk ins.
Last visit was a complete turn off. We were looking at the Rose Gold ONE Heart bracelet and asked about this model we saw online on Swarovski’s official website. The sales associate said it was a “cheap” model and that they don’t carry “that quality” models in store, only at outlets. She literally used “that quality.”
That’s not how you speak to customers. If Swarovski sells it on their own website, it’s a Swarovski product, period. You can explain store selection without insulting the item or the customer.
Really, highly disappointed. I will never go back to the Swarovski store in Markville.

Hey Jenieshaa, if you’re tired or exhausted, go home and make sure you have the curtesy and hospitality for clients. We don’t deserve this plain and fatigue service on Jan 1st 2026. I wish you Happy New Year too. :)

Divya is incredibly patient and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations, which led me to buy several amazing gifts. The entire experience felt effortless and enjoyable. I’ve honestly never had such a positive shopping experience before.

Beware customers. Swarovski quality has changed, cheaper workmanship, clued stones. Repair policies have changed, they no longer will repair med & large stones sizes, they find every excuse to screw you over.
I have spend so much money with Swarovski & purchased so much in the past, not anymore!!

Stopped by Swarovski recently and had a great experience! The store was beautifully blue and everything was well organized, which made browsing really easy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. One of the associates, Divya, was especially super kind, friendly, and understanding as she showed me several options and gave honest suggestions, which I really appreciated. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and left feeling very happy with both the purchase and the service :) Will definitely come back as my go-to jewelry store!

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Swarovski store in Markham. I went in to buy a necklace for my girlfriend, but I wasn't quite sure which one to choose. Fortunately, Jenieshaa, a member of staff, was on hand to offer me the best possible advice.
She immediately showed me a beautiful necklace that stood out for its design and value. I was really happy with it. I then asked Jenieshaa if she could recommend a bracelet, and she quickly showed me a stunning new piece from the latest collection. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available in the shop at the time, so I had to order it.
A few days later, I returned to pick it up and coincidentally arrived during Jenieshaa’s break. When she saw me, she came over right away and helped me with the rest of the purchase personally. That level of service really impressed me.
I’m very glad I had such a positive experience at Swarovski. Jenieshaa’s helpfulness and professionalism made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this store, and her in particular, to others.

Absolutely disrespectful customer service, by that Asian old lady! I m a big fan of this brand, and every Christmas or end of school year, I buy all the gifts for the teachers and little girls online. And sometimes due to budgets, I pick those nice ones from the outlet page. This year I realized I was late and mail in would work. Therefore I checked online and made sure those ones I needed were available in Markville and went ahead to buy them. Once I showed that lady that I need one of the items from the outlet, she frowned, looked at up and down. Without even looking at all other options I was looking for, and told me that her store doesn’t sell outlet items. And just walked away without even brother to talk to me further. Not everyone can afford to buy a $1000 piece for gift… I was going to spend roughly $600 there, but may be not enough for her? Or because I didn’t dressed up enough to impress her or to prove I have money?
I ended up spending my budget at pandora and Michael Hill at Markville. The staff were patient and nice. Michael’s manager went extra mile to match online sale items.
So I won’t go back to SW Markville anymore, and this experience definitely put a stain on the brand!

I had a pleasant experience returning a product. This is the only Swarovski store in the whole GTA that gave me a refund in cash, which I paid, unlike all others who offered me putting money on my debit card, including the store in the West Mall where I bought the item.

Love the customer service of this location! I placed an online order for pickup and the sales associates were very patient. I called in for a couple of days to check if my order reached (my friend was leaving the country so it was urgent) & they answered all my questions, kept me updated on my order & gracefully handed it to my friend who picked it up for me! Thank you very much for making this a smooth experience.
