Thanks, Jason, for going the extra mile to repair the broken exhaust pipe of my aged auto in a reasonable way to keep the cost low.
The air conditioner is also diagnosed and fixed with good explanation of the issues. No other unnecessary repairing.

Was referred to Jason @ Tactful Auto to get a safety inspection done on my STI from my guys over at Apex Auto which conveniently is in the same plaza. Quick service & the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanics!

Brought my sister's 2018 Subaru Forester to Jason for several small to medium repairs plus a larger AC issue. He is great to work with, I would highly recommend him. The main repairs were done by the end of the day at less than half the cost quoted by the Subaru dealer. Jason is working to find a part at a reasonable price for the AC repair, which will be done next week, again at a fraction of the dealer quoted cost. He's a lovely person, very clear communicator, and has all our auto repair business for the future!

Just got my tires & changed.
Jason accommodate the appointment time very well which is perfect for me .
Mechanics usually asked for a higher price when they see a girl walk in by herself.
But not this one!!!!
Jason are kind and patient to explain. Absolutely does not take advantage to overcharge

Very good focuses on only necessary services or repairs and doesn't worry about upselling or gimmicks. Other negative reviews seems to be targeted at other repair shops as there are other in the area. Or just upset that they didn't listen to sound advice.

I rarely write reviews, but I can’t help but wonder why this shop has such a high rating. After 2 years of bringing three different vehicles, varying from Japanese to American cars, receiving services on something as simple as an oil change to modification requiring splicing and rewiring circuits, I can tell you that Jason is the real deal and by far the most knowledgeable mechanic I have met. The prices are fair where all of his works, as far as I know, are meticulously done and have certainly reached my satisfaction.
