This is not my local branch but I'm willing to drive 20min here every time!! I have been to 5+ other TD branches and this one is the BEST one. They just do the job quick and right, whereas other places gave me so many obstacles with just 1 simple task.
Just superb service here.

I would like to let everyone know that I finally met the best Investment Consultant Mr. Felix Zhou. I am basically very satisfied with his work. He is absolutely the perfect and the best Consultant you can find at TD bank. He managed to fix my problem so fast when I was at his branch last week. I am totally speechless and happy with his response. He is very knowledgeable with his work, friendly and very professional as well. Because he was so helpful and nice to me I will definitely get the mortgage through him and also will buy GIC through his bank rather than CIBC.Also I will definitely tell all my friends to get mortgages through him or any investment as well. I will also start going to his branch from now onwards.Felix is truly the best of the best Consultant you can find and I wanted to say 'THANK YOU VERY MUCH' again.Wishing him the best for many years to come !***Today is Jan. 24th 2023 and I have to let everyone that Felix is such a biggest sweetheart cause he managed to get me the highest GIC rate and I am so happy cause I have been calling so many different banks and they can't even get me closer to what he gave him. Plus TD BANK is one of the biggest bank that I feel really safe to put the money in with them. Because of this I will ask him to get me a mortgage next week and I also told 3 of my friends and they are planning to contact him next week just to get mortgages as well.He is truly very efficient and fast and that is why I like him so much !He is the best ! Those FSR or FA whatever they call themselves are so eager to make money.I mean at least you should pretend to care about clients money and investments before they pulling money out of the pocket.When we discussed investments being chosen for TFSA, the FA or FSA was so impatient and wanted us to pay so she could get commissions and get rid of us. You guys know investors are all different right? Different background and exhibit different behaviour biases like some like to discuss ratios, volatility, return and correlations etc. and some others prefer talking about macro economics and how people around them think about investments.Overall very unprofessional
