Friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Team! Sometimes I wait in line for 5 to 7 minutes, but this is acceptable for a branch that mostly serves business banking clients.

Worst TD ever! When I finally had the opportunity to speak with the manager, I found their demeanor to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of actively listening to my concerns and providing assistance, they appeared indifferent and rushed, which only added to my frustration.

Garbage service, horrible management. Not surprised the reviews are what they are.The most arrogant minimum wage workers and 50k a year managers I have ever seen.A joke.

If I could give 0 then I would. The service by the branch manager was horrible. I went to this bank to deposit a bank draft to my lawyers account and they would not approve the draft because the name of payee was prof. Instead of professional and Corp. Instead of Corp... meanwhile at another TD branch in vaigh, my husband was able to deposit a bank draft for the same payee! Ridiculous service as they are not able to make decisions and override such a small detail that another TD branch was able to, without giving my husband any issues. This branch manager needs ro be better trained on complex scenarios since he didn't seem to have a clue how to make a decision outside of a basic training. Waste of time and very frustrating.

Worst td ever.7 customers lining up, only 2 counters open, the manager sitting at the back doing his own paperwork rather than temporarily open a new counter to clear the line.

This branch has gone down in standards below acceptance at this point. I transact with them for 2.5 years but last 4 months it's just turning into disaster. The managers keep changing and everyone has an excuse to oull off simple transaction along with that minimum wait is like 25 min with like only 5 customers in branch.The new Manager Vinh Nguyen lack any sort of personal connect cant think of workingwith him ever beyonfld where I just have to. Kind of a shame that the service of this branch has gone from Great to literally wait...Never meant to post but last few transactions has made me do it.I really hope that this gets addressed.

This location provides Amazon pick up service, but I just experienced how they treat people with no service nor empathy!If I’m able to leave 0 stars I’ll would even give them 1!I rush to this location to pick up my Amazon package at 18:01 and yet the girl closing the door told me I can’t go in because they close at 18:00! I even I told her I live far away and would be great if she will let me to just go in and access the Amazon lockers, but after 5mins with going through the person that o can’t even see they decided to leave me out and said they are closed!I’m so glad I’m not a TD customer because I do not want to deal with these people that have no empathy while it raining bad outside and they choose to keep me out the door!If TD is looking at this review, yes! your employees did not made any mistakes, but yet they didn’t did anything beyond to help customer satisfaction!

I went in to the branch because multiple TD ATM's wont let me deposit money. When this brought to the attention of the manger I was basically shrugged me off and offered no solution. First he blamed the ATM I said I've tried multiple TD ATM's including the one in your branch, then he blamed the money i said i have tried with different stacks of bills.... he shrugged and walked away. -- I looked at the teller and said so that's it !? so biggest bank in canada and i can't deposit money in ATM, shrugged off again. what terrible customer service. So when you coming asking for the monthly account fee ill just shrug and walk away.

It's my first experience with a Canadian Bank, Today I went this TD Bank with an appointment. Met Mr. MASON.DAEMI as an advisor and received an amazing, superb service. I opened a checking account and a Saving account with many offers. Before go there I decided to deposite just 200 cad and after this great experience I deposited 2000 cad to my account as a beginning. Really appreciate their service as well as the friendly environment.
