This place is awful. There’s no body to work in the front desk. Takes a long time to get the work done. Need more people to work or more efficient workers.

The lady MCE is really stupid and unprofessional here. I got a bank draft to deposit to my sibling’s account, asked for online app, I have everything to prove it’s from my own account including the receipt from the other bank. Then she said because my brother’s account type doesn’t allows her to release all the funds. Yes, he has student account, so r u looking low to his account because he doesn’t deserve to have money inside?

Did not have an appointment. Tried other bank bmo who were rude but here at TD armadale went out of the way first at the front tellers and then he went to find an advisor to sit with us in room and give us time for financial matters. Lived in toronto fo 20yrs and know good customer service.

This is the worst branch of td i have ever seen. They don’t know meaning of customer service and very careless employers. Its been more than a month i opened account from them but my debit card hasn’t been registered i contacted to td customer service and they told me that branch hasn’t registered my card yet and i need to visit there for it and later when i went there they told me to call customer care again.

This branch is always so busy! There's always plenty of staff here when I've stopped in, not that I have much need to go to a bank now-a-days thanks to online banking. Today, I just wanted to leave a review about a certain investment advisor. Hopefully the branch management read their Google Reviews.
Iftikhar is a superb advisor. I had some huge life changes recently and I'm trying to get on top of my finances. I really wish I would have done this earlier in life, but better late than never. I know absolutely nothing and find the subject overwhelming. It can be super embarrassing to be an adult with no knowledge of this kind of stuff.
Iftikhar met with me recently and he was so warm and kind. He was incredibly patient and effectively taught me the concepts affecting my banking/ financial planning. He put me at ease on the subject, provided guidance, and treated me like family. He's exactly the trusted, empathetic individual you want guiding you with your financial planning. TD should be so proud to have someone like him representing them. That's the warmth and integrity that the brand strives for I think.

I visited the TD Bank branch at Markham and 14th on a Saturday April 27 around 1.30pm lto deposit a draft from RBC. Despite having all the required documents, the branch manager refused to process my deposit. He seemed uninterested in helping me, showing little engagement or concern.This branch has a history of poor communication and customer service, and my recent experience was no different. If you're looking for efficient and courteous service, this branch is not the best choice. I suggest finding another location or considering a different bank altogether. Overall, my visit was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this branch.

Refused to call/verify the bank draft with RBC (next door) and put a hold on funds for no reason. TD Bank branch in Scarborough has cleared the draft in minutes upon confirming. Poor customer service.

Went there to deposit my house offer acceptance deposit. Met with a very friendly teller who assisted us and kept a very good and encouraging conversation. The manager approved and assisted the transaction (which was of sizeable portion) with speed and professionalism. Thank you for the great and speedy work.

I had very bad experience with this bank. Today I enter in the bank form the first door and Iwas between two door and the lady lock the door on my face and say come tomorrow. Already I have been here before to book appointment so they book virtual appointment which was today afternoon but unfortunately they need me personally and when I reach there she lock the door on my face.
