I got a call from this branch tonight, the guy spoke mandarin without checking first and said that we had a business account opened without managed...This is very unprofessional & annoying !Pease discipline TD employee:1. Don't touch customer's account before allowed.2. Follow the decent/old rule - No to call customer.3. Follow the decent/old rule - Never assume where the customer came from & never speak the language other than English initially.We are in Canada instead of any other place !

Staff in this TD branch required training, most of them not knowing their products even a very simple banking, like fees charged on the account, when I open a US account, they told me there are no fees charged when you do online banking, but that was wrong, I got charged, and there's minimum balance $1,500 to have the charges waive, and they told me there's no minimum, so there are so many misleading and incorrect information given by the staff, this is luck of training, incompetent. You better use the TD telephone banking to get correct information. not recommended to do banking in this branch.

I have been here 2-3 times and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also did extra steps to help me verify funds/release hold. Appreciate it

One of the most dysfunctional TD banks in the area. The clerk had the audacity to ask me for photo ID to withdraw $10.. Yes that's correct.. $10 measly dollars from my account to pay for a haircut! Meanwhile I just put my card in and deposited a $1000+ cheque into my business account and asked her to change a $100 bill to x2 fitfy bills without a hunch, but when asked 5o to pull out $10.. She was too brainless to have any common sense or any sort of critical thinking to know better then to ask for photo ID in which I walked to the machine 10 steps away to pull out the cash I needed! Like really? If I was going on a jog I need to carry my whole wallet instead of just my access card now to pull out 5 or $10 to buy a drink or something to eat? This place needs to be stripped down from management to employees and have them all properly trained instead of robots without a brain reading policys made out without a clue of what they mean or made for ??♂️ absolutely ridiculous!

Had a tough time getting my pay cheque deposited into my savings accounts today. The manager was quite aggressive with me in front of other customers and his two team members. Customer service is not his skill set. Quite frankly, TD doesn't offer any perks and this man made my decision to move to another bank much easier. Left me feeling quite anxious and upset. Tough man, Powerful man, Jeez. Call it a day, man. Be nice, explain the situation to your customer in a calm and unaggressive manner and try to remember, Sugar is better than vinegar. No need to maline, or intimidate. I am willing to listen to the concerns you have about my money, but, not while you are up in my face. I am reviewing the manager of the TD Bank on Galsworthy. The team member that served me was only following his lead, I hope. As one of your last reviewers mentioned, treat people the way you wish to be treated.

Avoid this branch. Met with a financial advisor for help applying for a loan, and he behaved like a slimy salesman the entire time. Was dishonest the entire time and kept trying to push me toward a different loan with a higher interest rate. When I went to another branch for help instead, they told me many of the things the advisor from this branch told me were misleading or untrue altogether, and they helped me apply for the original loan easily and immediately.If you live in this area, there are many TD branches to choose from. Don't choose this one!
