My car was in a parked car accident and my insurance claims adjustor suggested caster Markham and one more location where they could send my car. I read the reviews for the Markham location and saw that they had multiple positive reviews, specially for Nicole. I decided to go with caster Markham based on the google reviews and I am glad I went there. My car has been repaired and is new again. It was just bought in March 2025 so I was worried about how it will be. Arafat Markham and specially, Nicole helped me through the process and when I asked if they would switch my all season tires for the winter tires since the car was there, they were happy to do that as a good gesture. I would recommend this place with two thumbs up.

the lovely lady , nicole at the front desk made my whole experience better! she took care of my situation and advised me that things can be taken care of! she went above and beyond to make sure i was also okay after seeing my vehicle at her shop and the situation! she’s been a great add on to the team!!!

My husband took his Mazda 3 to this shop to get a quote to fix the right headlight/front bumper. Due to some damage, the right headlight was sitting lower than the left. The team were super professional, attended to him right away, and after taking a look, fixed the issue without charging anything. They did all of this within 15 minutes. He could tell that they really care about the customer and are very honest. They went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back here and will refer friends and family as well. Thank you!

Best service I've had from a body shop! Had an accident, rear bumper was damaged, got appraisal done; dropped the car off Monday and picked it up Friday (was ready Thursday).
Previous owner also scratched up the car and did some poor touch ups. These guys fixed that up as an extra!
Shoutout to Nicole and Brian! They do a great job!

amazing service from the auto men but Nicole was the best customer service Ive ever recieved at any car shop. She is smart and responsive, and answered all my questions with a reassuring tone. They repaired my Kona quickly with no flaws. Thank you so much for being respectful of my time and busy schedule, and adjusting!

The auto shop was fast, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They clearly explained the necessary repairs and even took the initiative to coordinate with both the car rental company for pickup and my insurance company regarding the deductible. This saved me a lot of time and stress. A very special thank you to Nicole - your warm smiles and patience answers to all my questions ease my concerns.
The repairs were completed much sooner than expected, and I was kept updated every step of the way. The team was transparent, communicative, and made sure I understood what was happening at each stage.
If I ever need car repairs again, I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service.

Took my car to Carstar in the morning (without an appointment) for a bumper install and it was on the car within 2 hours. Amazing work, couldn't be happier with the result.

They did a great job with the repairs! Someone broke one of my windows when I had to leave my car out overnight but the team at CarStar had it replaced right away!
