This store has excellent customer service. Shout out to Soul and Destiny for their help today! I had very complicated and stressful transactions and they were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable.
The store itself gets really busy when there are good promotions going on. There is a wide selection but sizes can sell out quick.

Sharon was very helpful and pleasant over the phone and when we arrived to pick up my son's shoes in person. I will definitely be back to shop there based on the excellent service and great value at this store.

Amazing customer service when I walked into the store I was greeted by a tall man and he assisted me throughout my whole shopping session. Measured my feet and gave the exact style I needed. Will definitely be revisiting for my kids

Waited 20 mins in line to be told the system was down and they couldn’t process my return cause it would take too long. Was more than a small inconvenience. Really wish they had their act together.

Just bought some shoes here, never heard of this store in my life, but wow what a selection. And the customer service was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a shoe store! Thanks Hafsa! Definitely will be back again!

I've never seen a shoe store with absolutely zero 'service' like this one before. I went in in search of a specific pair of shoes online. There were 4 girls/staff at the front desk. Chatting loudly, laughing at what they saw on their phone. Fine, I asked my question. They pointed the direction, 'there'. It was not what I liked. Moved on to other shoes. I have to go back to them to ask questions, 4 times. Obviously I needed help, but nah. I left, knowing exactly what I want bc I refuse to give money to them to pay their salary. I'd go to other BRAND store or buy online. Upon checking the reviews here, many complained about the 'service' but this is still going on. Guess the manager is on vacation or just doesn't care.

Just bought a shoe from the store in Markville, Markham. Your customer service deserves a negative star. At least teach them how to greet a customer or how to use simple phrases like ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ rather than giving a silent treatment to the customers.

I had a great experience shopping here for winter boots. I was warmly greeted by Hafsa who attentively listened to my concerns about needing specific footwear as I am on my feet for long periods of time and require orthodontics. Hafsa carefully took the time to help me try on several pairs of shoes until I found the right fit for me. I noticed despite the traffic of the store being rather heavy she was able to bounce back and forth checking in with me after I tried on each pair weighing out both the pros and cons to help make the best choice for my condition. Will definitely be returning to this location as she provided me with outstanding customer service!!
