Dear Management, please research your couriers so that your customers can be satisfied. You are ultimately responsible from order taking to the point of delivery. I ordered a product on December 2 and it is still sitting with Canpar delivery services. CANPAR provides no service to your customers, they are basically unreachable. The service they provide will ultimately reflect on you. I am at this point needing my money back, No way I should spend my hard earn cash for crappy service.

Overall not a good experience with the treadmill factory. I purchased a new treadmill on Nov 22, received it on dec 4th I think which was great, but after moving into my basement and putting it together it wouldn't work (the belt would stop mid-workout and wouldn't restart unless the machine was unplugged and plugged back in) I was still in the 30 day return window when i reached out to The Treadmill Factory about returning it for another one but was told i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee and pay for shipping it back from PEI to Ontario!! With the restocking fee plus shipping I would have to pay $1200 - $1400 to return a defective treadmill! I wish they would make this right..
also, on top of that I didn't even receive the treadmill that i ordered, i ordered the c1750, but they upgraded it to the c2450 which was a nice gesture, but would have been a lot nicer to have received the one i ordered that actually worked.

Got defective dumbbells and they ignored all my requests at communication.
Replying to the comment, that email is exactly where I sent my emails and they were all ignored.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I placed an online order (paid $70 for shipping) for a dumbbell set. I ordered it 27 business days ago. The projected delivery date was MUCH shorter than this, or else I would have just picked it up in person. I would have LOVED to arrange this, but they don't seem to answer their phone, and their website's shipping status is extremely vague and uninformative -- it leaves you wondering if the order is in the void? It was great to also see no SKU on my order, just an 'H'. Got lucky on the phone once, but the guy told me to bug the nightmare of a shipping company they used. I understand there was a Canada Post strike, but why is it now MY job to become a full-time detective for my order?
The company they used for shipping was called 'High Energy Transport'. They are absolute GHOSTS - no update on my order, ZERO projected date, no phone calls, nothing. They don't answer their phone either. You are quite literally sitting there twiddling your thumbs, hopeless, waiting for a call from a random private number so that you can come get the CURBSIDE delivery. What a joke...
So here I am, angry, confused, feeling powerless. Wish I could cancel this order all together.

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and provided service (at a small cost) to remove existing broken treadmill as part of the setup!

What a waste of time went in today for some 50lb dumbbells that were on sale for $25 each at the Markham location. Was told they were in stock I bought and paid for them was told to wait at the loading dock outside in the freezing cold for half an hour for someone to look for them… after the wait they came out and told me they have no stock what a joke this place is…. Never going back can’t handle stupidity.
Reply to the owner…. Tell me again how you have no record! Odd I seem too!!! I must be dreaming you didn’t sell 50lb dumbbells for $25….hmmm….This is your reply to customers????….pictures don’t lie…. I guess I made up the invoices too? I guess the verbiage I chose was perfect in describing my experience…..funny how you erase your response when hit with evidence don’t worry I posted a pic of your response for you.

I dealt with Patrick. He seems like a nice enough guy but when you’re ordering online, it is a very bad experience for me. I ordered November 17. It’s already been one month and I still haven’t received my items. They never left the warehouse until last week. I get a call from The delivery service. They’re gonna drop it off Monday They ended up rescheduling, To Friday, so I’m waiting at the house between the hours they give me and again I get another call saying they reschedule. I realize the delivery part is in treadmill factory part but it taking over a month to get to my house is crazy. Honestly, you’re better off renting a U-Haul and picking it up yourself the shipping service they use high Energy transport is a joke I cancelled my order which was worth $4000 because obviously they don’t take their job seriously. the first and last time using this place

I would give 0 if I could.Just order treadmill with them,so far so good.The courrier that delivered called me day before to arrange time.I was clear I won't be home,just my wife,he failed to mention that it is curbside drop off.My wife couldn't bring it inside,she ask them for help ,and they refused,My machine is now seating outside in -10 C !!! I call the store and couldn't reach online department, so I reached Sales,I told them the story,and the blame game began.He said that it's the online department is taking care of it...blablabla,so.when.i ask what is the return policy,he couldn't tell me,still hiding behind online department. Finally I lost my patience and said,you are in sales ,and you don't know your return policy???! There was lond silence,and I just hung up.What a bunch of incompetent bozos!!

We have used treadmill factory for years. Always amazing service, as well as the best equipment and prices. The shipping was super fast even during this holiday season. I dealt with Emma this time and she was fantastic. I won’t go anywhere else for my fitness equipment.
