Tldr: they cannot do a simple copy job. How could you trust them take care of your parcel?
Long story:
I need to wait 15min for the guy who are counting on the coins. And I just need to copy my ID card.
I want 2 pieces on the front and 1 piece on the back. Easy? But the guy told me he cannot do it this way. What? Is it damn hard? They then put front and back on the single page in his own way.
Even after that, the copies cut off the card and I have to re-copy again.
They don't want to do their job. So don't make them work and try other delivery company instead.

They are very good at pushing responsibilities amongst the staff themselves (3 in total - older man, older woman, younger man, suspecting they are a family) when asked for a refund.
It's just not logical. If they are colleagues, they would know when each other would be in the store. But the funny thing is, both men said, "The person who does finances is not here." So I asked when will dhe be in and they replied " I dont know".

I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. A package of mine had supposedly arrived over a month ago, but due to my busy schedule, I forgot about it and only went to pick it up today. The staff told me I could only retrieve it next Monday. When I tried to confirm, they insisted it wouldn’t be available until then.
After I got home and checked my tracking information, it showed that the package had actually been picked up a month ago! This situation left me confused and frustrated. Their system is clearly unreliable, and the staff seems poorly trained. This whole experience has been a waste of my time, and I hope they improve their processes in the future.

The customer service here is very poor. I had to wait about 20 minutes just for a single page print, despite there being no other customers. My husband and I have experienced the same issue with the younger staff member three times now. There's also an older lady with a similar attitude. On my last visit for a color print, they ended up giving me black and white, only telling me after it was printed that their color printer was down, and they still charged me for it. I won't be returning to this UPS store.

Went to take passport photo and this gentleman gave me such an attitude that I am not welcome and he doesn't want to serve me at all. I walked out right away. There are many other stores that take passport photos and I would not recommend to go to this location!

took passport picture twice (had to get the first one redone because of highlighter on my nose) and the second guy got mad at me because there was a natural shine on the tip of my nose and made me scrub tf out of my nose but turns out my nose just built like that!! dont come yelling at me because of something i cant control. they were both aggressive with all their demands and were so rude abt everything. halso the first guy was creepy asf i didnt feel safe in there bro (he gave me and my mom bracelet tho and me and my brother candy ig??????)
edit????: turns out my second picture wasn't valid again because I was showing the tiniest bit of teeth ? they couldve said something about it before they printed it out and gave it to me so I don't have to come back a third time and pay for another photo? idk man if your hired there shouldn't you know what will be valid or not?? ermmm

Went the other day thinking it was going to be a painful process to do my amazon return. These guys are the absolute best. There was a young man who went out of his way to help. The process could not be any easier. Have gone back to send a few work related mails and the experience has been the same. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Guys was so rude like he didn’t want to be there and talked down to me. Will never go to this ups store ever again. Had a sign about smiling. Maybe he should read his own sign and take his own damn advice. Just disgusting service.

I want to echo Puneet's earlier message about the man in the store not giving any receipts of the services paid. When I asked for it, he gave me an "invoice" stating the service was paid by a credit card but with no credit card receipts attached. So, yeah, it is strange for such behavior. Makes people wonder if they're hiding anything from UPS or CRA...
To be fair, the man is good at taping and securing the address info on the parcel/package. I've seen it.
Regardless, I'm switching it over to other companies. I rather drive a little further.

There's this incredibly odd guy who throws a lot of attitude, doesn't seem to care if you're at the front counter, but prefers to help his known customers first. Strangely, he never provides you with a bill of services but only prints receipts of the charges that he told you verbally. This has happened numerous times, which makes me think that he takes a cut off of what UPS charges. The lady there is still nice to deal with. I don't know what's up with UPS. I think I'll start giving my business to Purolator instead.

There’s a tall lazy looking guy who has an attitude for no reason whatsoever. Soon as I come up in line he exudes a disdain and regret of having to help me. Strange fellow. Projecting insecurities like an unprofessional. Took 15min to print 2 pages for me. He ignored the task as long as he could for sport. I knew this because he had already finished helping everyone before me. He was sassing me for no reason kept calling me boss and chief. Is this the 90’s? Then they wanted to charge a dollar for two printed pages. Not the 90’s. But even in 2024, I want you to visit any printing shop in markham or surrounding areas. Staples etc. None of them charge this much. These guys are price gouging in markham. Then the old man approaches me with a threatening energy and asks how I’m paying because I made a soft remark about the $1 charge. I say it’s fine I’ll pay by card and he says you now have to spend $4. But he says it in an azzhole aggressive way as if he’s happy to share this news. Honestly what is wrong with these folks? How on edge do you have to be to treat a customer like this? The woman at the front was sorta nice, nicest person there but clearly the men here have no real sense of dealing with the public. She saw my reaction to how absolutely ridiculous and outrageous that in a place that promotes itself with a printing service charges $4 for a page if using a card and $1 for two pages if not. The absurdity and ignorance of that pricing next to every other printing shop is embarrassing. For this reason she was at least kind enough to let me take the two pages for free. Because they know how absurd these prices are. The men in there have poor social skills and are unnecessarily egotistic through the roof. Never going back there, chief.
