Been going here for years ever since it opened! Moe is very unprofessional and clearly cannot multitask. I understand it’s a family business, but conduct yourself professionally. You are in the customer service industry and you sent a 71-year-old lady out your store after paying $200 to ship clothes to her son in the states, without any answers or help as to why the package was stuck locally after it was shipped over a week ago! I was very kind, patient and polite on the phone dealing with him. During our long call trying to investigate, he took personal calls on the side that I could fully hear “this person has your car, are you coming to work today? Ok love you too, Kudafiz” and shortly before discussing Lamborghinis and such with someone else. Clearly not a professional call. It just seemed like he didn’t even care. Took our money and provided zero service.
We have escalated with UPS, the franchisor, and have gone above this store to get the level of service we deserve. Avoid this location unless you want your packages lost with no explanation and no customer service. I understand the low ratings now. Do better.

Friendly staff. But both times I've been, it's been a long wait (30 min+). Not due to volume. Due to slow service. They also made a typo on my label.

Absolutely awful experience at this UPS post office. The employee I dealt with was rude, and a old grumpy guy and completely uninterested in doing his job. He left my request half-finished, wasted my time, and worked at a painfully slow pace. It’s clear he doesn’t care about customers at all—zero professionalism, zero courtesy. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this location at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

For a company who is supposed to deliver your packages they seemed pretty determined to make it as hard as possible to get mine. On the day of delivery (Friday) instead of ringing the bell they left a sticker at door for next day pick up even though we were at home, causing us to have to wait until we were free to pick up on Monday. When I got there on Monday with the receipt and multiple photo ID they wouldn’t give me the package cause I had just moved and they said my ID address was different. I explained I had both the receipt and multiple photo ID so it’s clearly me. I ended up having to get my service Ontario receipt and return again. Adding to that as the others have said in the review the one guy in the back is rude. Seriously save yourself some time and deliver through FedEx or Canada post.

Mo was very fast and responsive, helped me with my returns and made it very easy for me. Packed everything nicely. When you need to deliver or return some packages find Mo he will help you!

I wouldn’t even give one star to the store. The guy sitting there is arrogant, rude and doesn’t believe in giving timely customer services. Seems like he’s not happy working there. Speaks like he is the boss of the world. I went to get printouts and asked him how much they charge to which he replied that he doesn’t know and that he will check but didn’t inform me until last. He charged more than normal for few printouts.
There was a person picking up his package at the store. For him, the package showed delivered yesterday and the guy working there replied that he hasn’t received any package and that the driver doesn’t work for him, check on the website. Instead of giving a solution, he kept arguing and left the person without an answer.
Would never suggest the store to anybody. Worst place.
