Terrible service. I will never go to a Chinese retail watch store again.This place claims to sell Longines but they say they do not change batteries for Longines watches and when I asked where to find a place to exchange battery for my Longines watch, they just told me to leave so I filed a complaint to Longines headquarters.Longines headquarters was very courteous and professional and kind enough to really arrange a representative to meet with me at L’ Oro Watches and Jewelers in Markville Shopping Centre.Excellent service from Longines but …..Terrible service from Times Circle Boutique and made me afraid of buying watches from a Chinese retailer,

I told the lady that I saw a particular watch for less on Amazon. She told me to “go ahead then…” If she had just said: we can’t match it - I would have probably bought the watch anyways since it was the exact watch I was looking for and they had it in stock…I have been coming to Pacific Mall since I was like 13 and now I’m 34. This watch store has been around for ages… Who the hell is buying watches from here with this “lady” serving them? Shes always so reluctant to get up and talk to you… let alone show you anything…Who has a gun to this woman’s head forcing her to work in a luxury goods business… 99% of Tim Hortons employees treat me nicer.

Just bought my first watch (Tissot PRX) from this store. Super smooth transaction, sales lady I worked with was very friendly. I was probably in and out of the store in less than 10 min, wallet a little bit lighter but with a beautiful watch on my wrist. I'm sorry other people didn't have as good of a time as I did, but I would definitely recommend this dealer.

Went in here to see about buying a 1k g shock and the lady didn't want to waste her time with me as she thought I couldn't afford it, maybe because I was in my work uniform who knows. Needless to say I bought the watch but not from her.

The sales ladies here seemed standoffish. No greeting of any type when we went in the store. Didn't make us feel welcomed. When I asked to see a watch, the sales lady plopped the watch down hard on the mat, like she was annoyed that I was wasting her time. At the very least, they are not gentle with their product. When I tried to negotiate for a good price for a watch, the sales lady would insist on certain percent discount and would not budge from that. Which is fine, I've had that elsewhere before, but she seemed unpleasant about it, like they don't need or want to sell me the watch. The differentiating factors between watches stores could be good price and good customer experience. I felt like I got neither from this store. The discount I was told might be good for Swiss brands, but not good for Japanese brands, as I've had better discounts for Japanese brands elsewhere. The saving grace was they had the watch that I wanted.
