Very rude staff, I entered the store and both employees were talking to each other and did not ask me if I was looking for something. Then once the employee came and asked I looked at some blazer and I liked one, I asked him for a size and he told me that he probably has the size in the back. The employee then starts helping other people and I kept waiting and waiting. I took a photo of the blazer and was leaving when he told me to wait for 2 more minutes. Then he said I can’t just help you I need to help other people. Such a rude person with no etiquettes. Would not recommend this place to anyone who’s not trying get disrespected.

Any store that trains there staff to treat their customers as $$$ and not as people, are terrible. They were pushy and seemed as of they were working on commission.
They said that online orders can not be shipped to the store, which turned out to be BS. Online items could be shipped to the store, they just want to do that.

I bought a suit from here, had there in house tailor hem in, while tapering the pant leg she stitched the pocket to the pants-suits are not good quality, both my vest button and blazer button threads became loose after wearing it for 3hrs

Assuming you know what you need (probably a suit), they'll get you fitted right up with the right recommendations and help you get tailored, if you want it.
Very quick and quality work, especially on the alterations. Was able to pick up the next day. Would recommend seeking out Cuong and his team

Mohseen provided excellent customer service each time we went to the store. Despite how busy the store was, he was attentive to all his customers, very quick in finding the right fit and accessories, and prompt in helping us out. It is a pleasure to shop at a store where the staff are so helpful and have a great attitude.

I went here with my father to buy his suit for a wedding. Despite there being a number of customers already in the store, Mohsin tended to us as soon as we entered. From just a glance he knew right away what size jacket would fit my father the best. His experience with formal attire shows, and he helped us through the entire fitting process and picking the right colours to match.
