I have been dealing with Tlex since 2015. The owner is honest and very knowedgeable. He already knew what was wrong with my Toyota Sienna just by hearing the sound it made! Very impressive! Since then, I wouldn’t bring my vehicle anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable too.
Now that my daughter has her own car, I told her to bring it to Tlex for any maintenance and repairs as well. We trust Tlex. This place is highly recommended!

My brother-in-law first recommended me to check out Basil's shop when my previous car had A/C troubles, and the A/C worked even better after they had repaired it. They also fixed a potentially hazardous issue with my previous car's brakes. I've also had several minor issues addressed in this shop, and they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule for such repairs. I solidly recommend them to anyone.

This place is a joke. Tell me I need 2 rubber bushings on my Civic with 120K for certification. $20 for the bushings, $380 labour. Car's already on the hoist and being milked for the certification already. 2 months later both my shocks go out ($2000). They either did the job incorrectly or sabatoged my car to milk me some more.

Basil is a true Toyota expert and I am so happy to have found his shop. Our family has several older Toyota and Lexus vehicles and we have had very poor luck with other mechanics. Basil and Dennis are very thorough and detail oriented. Basil found an issue with my truck that 3 other “fake expert” shops were unable to diagnose and I am very thankful as it was a potential safety issue. Strong 5 star review!!

Its the best repair shop it Canada I only bring my cars here. They work on all makes and models but specialized in Toyota Lexus. Basil is an honest mechanic and his knowledge is unsurpassed the team are true professionals.
