I called on Victoria day weekend to use their services again and this time the gentleman quoting me tallied up all sorts of different charges and the cost was more than double what I previously paid and this time it was a shorter distance. Disappointed that it was a completely different experience I had just a few weeks ago, so I did not use them this time.”

Got called the day prior that a part was in, so the next day I went at noon expecting to wait a bit, to my surprise they instantly took the car in, fixed the part, as well as another issue on the roof of my car that they noticed, which was very nice of them. They also washed my car before giving it back, all in about 30 minutes. What a fantastic experience and service provided here. Thank you so much!”

“I just wanted to publicly thank PHILIX TOWING YORK REGION for their help this morning . I was having a ruff morning rushing and I somehow accidentally locked my keys in my car . As I was waiting for CAA to come , a very nice man named Larry came out of no where to my rescue and within minutes he was able to get me access for me to go back into my vehicle . during the process he said to me call back CAA to cancel the service, and he also had me stay in his truck so that I can stay warm while he opened my car door. Wow…he was my true guardian angel this morning !!!!!! As, I was just about to pay him for his services he told me that he’s giving me an early Christmas gift and that I should pay it forward . Thank you so much Larry I appreciate you so so much and your kind gestures! We need more people like Larry . Imagine with the inflation prices and everything going up .. money wasn’t all to him and I’m sure he has a family he needs to provide for ????”
