Great location with free alterations service provided on specific items same day if you give them appropriate amount of time.Service can be slow during peak hours where it can be difficult to find staff for assistance.

The product with the quality and price is good, but the customer service is really bad experience1. online bought the coat, and can't return it in the store, need to pay $10 for shipment to return the product.2. ask for the price match they can't do it even have the receipt that they can't do it for you. the way the manager told me REALLY NOT pleasant.As a customer, I don't know how you run your internal system, but the come out made me have a bad experience.

Be aware that when you make purchases with a gift card you can’t return and get the amount back on a gift card. They force you to exchange obut it’s not mentioned on the gift card fine print either. Just a bad experience

Extremely disappointed with this company. I was at the Markville location and saw this beautiful rainbow scarf on a mannequin and asked the sales rep where I could find this scarf. Their reply was “no we do not sell this scarf it’s for display only” I was honestly baffled. Why would this brand display a scarf ON a mannequin with other UNIQLO merchandise as if it was available for sale? The staff then told me this scarf was bought on Amazon? This is so misleading, actually — false advertising.

Do not buy online, you cannot refund in the store, exchange only. What a money gouging technique. No cashiers, no bags, barely any service. Once you open the package you cannot return it. The return policy compare to other retailers is poor. Never buying online again. Now I'm stuck with merchandise I don't want and you have to print off a label and it cost 10 dollar restocking fee. Not a good shopping experience, price use to be good here pre-covid now everything is not worth it unless there is a sale

Although this store is from Asia, I don't really like the baggy/loose style clothing that they have. I prefer clothing that is more tight-fitting. I've bought some stuff here and there over the years, such as gloves and scarves. But overall the style isn't for me, and the quality is just average. They used to have $5 coupons on the app, but don't see them anymore.

Discrimination experienced at this location by associate Gaston.I went in for a straight exchange and he had denied it.His excuse was because a discount was applied, which meant I owed the store money for a Simple Exchange.He pointed out I need to go ALL the way back home bring my three items back to store in order to process the exchange.Mind you, I have been working in retail for 5+ years, and knew that was a straight up lie but gave him benefit of the doubt since every company is different. However I was proven correct because of the events that followed.My mom went to him, SAME DAY (within 20mins actually) SAME EXCHANGE but this time he happily processes it for her. He made up a completely different story on how the register wasn’t working for me but did for her! And he was willing to go the extra mile to steam the item for her.When I see Markville’s Uniqlo it is somewhere that I know allow discriminatory behaviour like this happen.Gaston treats customers differently depending on how they look or who they are.

This week was my second time shopping, first was as a gift and this time for myself. I really like how they embed technology in your shopping experience and everything is easy to find. Also, they proactively ask if you need help, which seems basic but doesn't happen at many stores these days.

Came here for dress shirts and was blown away at the quality and their stock level of all sizes. Love their self check out system as you don't need to scan each individual item. Just put you basket down on their tray and it will automatically populate all of your items on screen.
