My old central vaccum died and we were inthe middle of renovations in our home and of course the mess and dust was alot. Called VacMaster and the gentlemen came a few days later and installed a new vaccum for us and changed some pumbling that was required. Only a few days without the vaccum and the install was done professional and quick. Thanks VacMaster.

When our central vac failed I looked for a local service. Vacmaster had excellent reviews so I called Ridwan. He was willing to drop by after he closed the store that same day. He diagnosed that our 20+ yrs. Cyclovac had died and a new vacuum would be more cost effective than a motor replacement. He had 3 options in his well-outfitted truck. He installed a new vacuum and replaced a wonky outlet. We visited his very organized store the next day to replace some of our tired accessories. Learned that Ridwan also repairs a variety of brands including Dysan. We wish that every retailer was as passionate, informed and friendly.

A wonderful vacuum store in the heart of Markham. Absolutely Great service! Ridwan owns and manages the store and has a great atmosphere when you walk in. Very helpful and friendly.

Great service and vast array of parts. They had a rubber belt for my 25-year-old Electrolux in stock, despite what it said on their website. Their online inventory might not be accurate so give them a call. Super nice people, great service, five stars.

My old central vac broke down after probably 25+ years. Found VacMaster based on great Google reviews. Spoke with Ridwan and got a quote on a unit that suits the size of my house. The price was reasonable and I didn't bother to shop around. Ridwan arrived early on the scheduled installation day. Installation was very efficient. Added an extra vacuum outlet for use in the garage. The new unit works great so far and the motor is much more quiet than my old one. Very positive experience dealing with Ridwan.

I have a PN33 for a Husky. It wasn't working well and the guys here fixed it and cleaned it up very nicely. Definitely recommend this place.

Had GREAT experience here!
I was told I needed to replace my whole central vac system by original installers .... Decided to get 2nd opinion from Vacmaster and Ridwan suggested I try something …. went home and his idea worked .... he saved me from installing a new $700 system .... Kudos to Ridwan and Vacmaster for their honesty and expertise!!!!! ???

Ridwan (Radwan) you are the best my friend. The guy is a gentleman. Great service, no presure purchace. Highly recommend this store for all your needs of either hand vacuum or central vacuum. My central vacuum broke, went and met Radwan, best service ever. He came home same evening after he closed shop and installed the new unit. Where do you find that same day service now. Kudos bud. you will do well. Keep the smile and the service.
Five stars is not enough, if there is a ten I will give a twelve.
