Gao is always incredibly helpful! I’ve known him since 2016 when I first found his shop after a car accident. He repaired my Nissan SUV so well that even the dealer couldn’t find any issues when I returned the lease. Since then, we’ve continued to come here for all our vehicles — including our Mercedes and Porsche — for any body work or touch-ups. From fixing rusted wheel covers to recently replacing my Porsche’s headlight cover, the work has always been top-notch. Gao’s team is professional, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in their work. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality and trustworthy auto body service!

Two weeks ago, after shopping at Markville Mall, I discovered my Tesla had been hit-and-run. A close friend recommended Valleyside Auto Collision, so I brought the car in for a quote. From the moment I arrived, the team was exceptional: a manager assigned a dedicated staff member who immediately contacted my insurance with me and even offered me a bottle of water. While I was there, another technician inspected the car, pulled the dashcam footage, and gave a clear, professional assessment.
They explained that no parts needed replacing but one side required bodywork and paint. After outlining the repair process, they let me go and arranged everything for me. Three days later I returned and met the insurance appraiser — Valleyside had coordinated with the appraiser in advance and the meeting went smoothly. Right after the appraiser left, the rental car they had prearranged for me arrived. From the initial meeting that day to driving off in the rental took only about 20 minutes.
Three days after that my car was ready. The rental was parked at Valleyside, and my Tesla had been cleaned inside and out — a small touch that really impressed me. As someone who also works in service, I believe great service is about delivering emotional value. Valleyside’s attention to detail made me feel reassured from start to finish. Highly recommended — keep up the great work!

Valleyside Auto is like a diamond in the rough. I lease multiple trucks every year for my landscape business and they always need many repairs because of the hardscaping tools and heavy stones loaded in the truck. Mr Gao and his team have always assisted my needs while providing me with great customer service. Very rare in today’s business environment. Don’t waste your time with other companies.

Would definitely recommend. First, shop is willing and able to work on older cars, including rust repair. A lot of shops today flatly refuse this work, which is a disturbing trend. Second, body shop pricing tends to be location-sensitive in the GTA; given their location in an upwardly mobile area, their pricing is quite reasonable. Lastly, they seem to have two work speeds, fast and faster, which means less overall downtime for owners.
