they do not inspect the quality of resale products. I bought a hole puncher and it only punch 2 holes instead of 3. went back to return but they refused and told me it's final sale. There's no sign in the store or on the lable saying "final sale". The manager said "it's just $4"

Considering its a FOR PROFIT store... ie .. they make money on your donations, the prices are way too high, sometimes even 90 - 100 % retail price, but usually around 70 %... with no returns! Staff was nice tho.

I wish I didn’t have to let everyone know that this location carries some real good items because I want to keep this a secret to myself so you all won’t go and rush in and flock to this location. Anyhow highly recommend

My favorite value village right now. Clean, well organized. My only issue is the children's book section. Wish it was better organized.

The place is well maintained in terms of materials and their categories. You can get everything what ever you are looking but you need to be in store as most of the stuff goes in just couple of minutes sold out. Very well organized staff and supportive people. Prices are reasonable.

Value Village is backed by private equity now so they are for profit. If you are donating or buying things, you are making the rich, richer. Most items you find are marked up so much higher than retail places were you can get the exact same thing. Value Village is not the same as it used to be in the early year and it's sad when people that need to buy used during these tough economic times. Another organization making it tough to live in this country. If you are like to donate or purchase, recommend going to Salvation Army or other registered charity organizations.

Value VillageWell organized, bright, well-lite stores. Small items are bagged but should be categorized. Clothing are well organized. It is easy to look at items. Nothing in pots & pans, vases, dishes should be priced over $10.00. The majority are used & have damage or imperfections. Some other items are way over priced. They're donated. VV got them for free. They need to price accordingly.

We have been dropping off items to donate at this location for several years. The process is easy, just drive up and an employee comes to help. They also provide a coupon to use at their facility as a thank you. I did read some negative reviews about the shopping experience, but haven't been a customer, only for donating items. I find it's a good thrift shop to donate to, rather than adding to our landfills with items that could benefit another person.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for furniture, this is not the right place. Clothes, toys, curtains, cookeries, etc are available.Feel free to donate items that you don't use and get a 20% discount coupon. The people here are nice and kind.

I often visit this place, most of the time not to buy stuff but to browse items to find something that I could use for my DIY projects. Most of the items sold here such as books, apparel, toys, artwork etc. seem to be in decent shape, but the electronic section isn't as great. I would say its definitely worth visiting.

I come here mainly for toys and novelty stuff. The selection is not all that bad. The prices could be a little better, considering these are donated items. I would love to be able to pick up some second hand vinyl records, however, the condition of these items here are very unfortunate.

I haven’t visited this location since the pandemic and had forgotten just how large and selection of items available. The store was very clean and I watched how hard the staff were working to ensure it remained so. In particular, Anam and Lorraine were very helpful and very kind. Even though they were busy putting clothing away, the both took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.Thank you Anam and Lorraine for the excellent customer service!

Well, to be honest, I have never been inside this store. I did however donate for the second time (1st time was a drop-off and go, no questions were asked), large amounts of books with a few other things with more items as I scale back my lifestyle. The lad at the receiving port was great at explaining the donation process sorting and where proceeds go - The Kidney Foundation.
