I ordered 3 bottles of a supplement online from vitashop last Saturday. I had some difficulty placing the order. Unfortunately my e-transfer went through but the order didn't. I called on Monday and spoke to a clerk, Rebecca, who kindly and patiently spent a long time unravelling my dilemma. She calmly searched everything and rectified the problem. She didn't make me feel pressured or anxious. I will not hesitate to order from them again. Their customer service is second yo none.

I've been a customer of Vitashop for around ten years. They have a good selection and are always friendly.

After having been a customer for so long, I'm saddened to say I won't order anything more from VITAShop. They messed up my most recent order and then made me wait for a refund for an item I paid for, since it was listed as in stock on their website but then it suddenly wasn't. I also had to wait two weeks for the rest of my shipment, when the invoice shows it will take 1-5 business days. This is amateurish and I'll order from Healthy Planet instead.

A few words to testify to my satisfaction with the prices and service of VITAShop for my online purchases of natural products. I compare the price of its competitors' products with those of VITAShop and by taking advantage of VITAShop's very generous discounts I inevitably obtain the best prices among Canadian online suppliers. I highly recommend VITAShop, especially for purchasing Curcumin which I find very effective in relieving joint pain and inflammation in general.

I came across this product while searching for Canadian sheep placenta oil that I have been using for over 10 years. The price is much cheaper than other companies and delivery to Korea is very fast. I think this is almost the only Canadian nutritional supplement seller that has a Korean customer service center and can deliver directly from Korea. Free shipping for orders of at least 80 Canadian dollars! If you refer to Kakao as a friend, you will receive a $20 discount on purchases of $100 or more. iHerb also sold Canadian nutritional supplements that were not available, so I bought them along with sheep placenta oil.
