They aren't salesly and definitely get the job done in a timely manner. I've already recommended others to use them as their trusted mechanic.

I have been going to Wai Nic for 30 years. They are my most trusted mechanics.They are very knowledgeable and the prices are better than fair. A few times they even solved the problems when the car dealerships had no clue.

Fixed old Toyota car AC, breaks, exhaust system and oil change. Now van is running smoothly, AC working vey good,car stops immediately when break apply. Mr Dong is Reliable Technician.

I was stranded in Toronto around 2 pm with a blown alternator in early December of 2019. Getting a new one was the easy part. I could NOT, however, find a mechanic or garage that wasn't swapping winter tires all day or with a full week-long program that was willing to change the alternator. By 4 pm I was desperate and called Wai Nic. The guy must have heard the desperation in my voice and very calmly said "yeah, sure I'll do it. But you'll have to wait." I got my car towed there by 5:30 pm and they began working on it AFTER they cleared all their other jobs. I thought that was just grand. I can't remember the name of the owner/master mechanic, but he was a very low key and chill guy. You guys are amazing. 5 Star.

Honest and dependable. I have been taking my cars to Dong for last 15 years. You should call ahead because they can be very busy.
