I know I shouldn't except much from Walmart but my most recent experience made me regret ever being in there. Got a 6ft foldable table that's horribly damaged under the packaging. It's so big and inconvenient to travel with, and I'm not even sure if I can get a refund for it since I already opened the plastic wrap and paper package. I basically just wasted $70 for trash.

As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the convenience and variety your store offers, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed.During my most recent visit, I noticed that a significant number of shopping carts were in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Many of them were visibly dirty, with sticky substances, food remnants, and other debris present on the handles and inside the carts. This not only reflects poorly on the store's image but also poses a potential health risk to customers.I believe maintaining a clean and hygienic shopping environment is essential for the well-being of your customers. Dirty shopping carts can easily transfer germs and compromise the health and safety of those who use them. This situation is especially concerning given the heightened awareness of hygiene in the current global climate.I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this issue. Regular and thorough cleaning of shopping carts should be prioritized to ensure the well-being of customers and to uphold the high standards that Walmart is known for. Additionally, providing sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizing stations near the cart corrals would be a proactive step to empower customers to maintain cleanliness during their shopping experience.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation promptly. Knowing from past experiences how hard it is to find a helpful employee here, Wayne from the Toy department, was a pleasant surprise. He exhibited great empathy,was patient and most helpful with my search. Walmart has been lucky to have him as an employee there for more than 20 years. Bravo, Wayne! You were awesome! A fine example of outstanding customer service!!

I wasted 30 minutes looking for the pick up area. When I finally found it, my pick up time was over. I didn't get my items, wasted my time and I was charged on my credit card. What a total waste of time. Horrible experience. I never shop at Walmart again

A weird woman is working for this Walmart, where we felt like shopping in a bedlam. We used self checkout. When we scaned all items in the cart, and were about to pay, a woman showed up and ordered us to move to another checkout machine without any explanation. She rudely threw our items from cart, then scaned them. We have no idea what is wrong with her. If she saw we missed any item to scan, tell us. If she doubted, let us pay first then match the items with our receipt. She might think she is the queen and considers customers as prisoners. I hope this Walmart would hire all this kind of people in Canada to keep outside peace.

An absolute terrible shopping experience for a retail store. The buggies now are chained up and require a dollar but in a world where less and less people carry cash, how am I suppose to have change. Line up were disgustingly long that it wrapped around the clothing aisles. Makes me hate coming there and spending my money. Made me felt like I was waiting in line for my food stamps. Do better.

This was one of the worst store for customers service, not the faults of the people who work there, but there simply not enough workers. Although I went at a busy time, management should have anticipated that. Need improvements. There were no associates to be found. I walk around the whole store looking for what I need, the place felt like a self-serve store.

Folks in wal mart. If you want to sell Chinese moon cakes and claims to have 2 yolks , this brand only come with one yolkOnly Asians will understand why 2 yolks mattersNot happy as some come with half yolk , definitely quality control issue

Discrimination at its best. White man at parking lot doors checks my receipt and says loudly so many disinfectant wipes and $11.00 each wow that’s a lot BUT doesn’t check the receipt of the European lady walking out with an armful of products.; just smiles at her and nods. It’s none of your business what I purchase as long as it’s paid for. Also, Customer service desk doesn’t pick their phone up either. I called, put it on speaker so I could do chores at the same time and let it ring for 1/2 hr. No one picked it up. Quality customer service doesn’t matter at all. They will always have people shopping at Walmart so they don’t care.

This Walmart is different, truthfully I don’t even know if each Walmart is operating in one system.I plan to check out Mangos and Pears, I went to a self checkout system and checked out the Mangos, I search it on the machine and managed to got it right. I don’t even know why we as customers have to do the cashiers job, it baffles me. Next, I try checking out the pears, I searched the machine, it has two kinds of pears, I wasn’t sure so I asked the associate and she says there’s a key number sticker on the pear. OK fine, I checkout and was told they only do debit/credit card. To my understanding, if you want pay cash, they can take you to a small desk where they take the receipt and you can pay them cash. but. The sales associate I have to go to another side of the building to pay cash. I went to to cashier side and everyone was lining up at each lane. At this point I give up, I put down the produce and walked away. I don’t have this issue at the Walmart in Sheppard/Kennedy.

I normally don’t shop at Walmart, but I had to stop in there and pick up a scale and a few items I understand the store is busy. There’s no staff members to help you out in order to find items on the floor. The isles are a disaster store is not clean. when you do you find a staff member you have to walk all the way to the other end of the store . items on the shelf are not in the correct spot on the shelf I highly recommend they get more staff members on the floor facing. I don’t think I will ever come back to a Walmart store again after this experience.

This morning I went to Walmart (5000 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3R 4M9) to buy Simila with 8 discount coupons, but the cashier told me that only buy two for each person at the checkout. When another employee came over, another cashier had very bad attitude and said she Bought a lot and got a lot of discount couponsNot allow using coupons in Walmart anymore?If Yes, things like today shouldn't have happened. It's not the first time that I've been discriminated against and treated differently when using coupons, and I'm not the only one who has been treated like this . Please do a good job Train, don't let more people be treated differently because your employees are in a bad mood

I have some uncomfortable experience at the Walmart self checkout today. The ladies there are usually very helpful except ...1 or 2? I was yelled at telling me I only move.. when she tell me to do so, when I walked to a checkout machine with lights but actually out of order. Then I see some customers just walk straight to any checkout machine but that lady didn't say anything at all. What should I do next time? Move or not move? If there's a machine available and othe customers behind me not unhappy because I just stand there what should I do?
