Hi,I ordered a white Rav4 XLE around July last year, and I was told that the car would be delivered in four to six months. I have been waiting for more than 7 months now. When can the vehicle be delivered?I call Antony in December last year and he told me the car would arrive in January. When I got to Markville last month, he told me I could get the car in this month. I called him amount ago and he told me it maybe arrive your company in March.Could you tell me honestly when can I get my car?Thank you.

We have recently bought a ES350 here. From negotiating the price, purchase and delivery of the vehicle was an enjoyable experience to us. Salesman Bill was the best! We would recommend this place.

Tried to reach out to weins auto group via email for an unsatisfied product received from their dealership with my car purchase, but did not receive any response from weins. Makes me wonder should I buy my next car from their dealership or not?

I recently acquired a "Toyota Certified" vehicle, and regrettably, it has been the most unsatisfactory experience in my lifetime,over $70k investment in a vehicle. Having purchased cars from various dealerships previously, this has been notably different.The Toyota philosophy of "Making things better" seems inconsistent with my experience. I intended to purchase a vehicle for my parents, which initially seemed like a great idea.However, from the outset, promises made during the test drive and offer were not fulfilled. While the salesperson, Hassan, displayed enthusiasm, it became evident that the training provided to him lacked the necessary standards. Effective communication was lacking, leading to misinformation and alterations.Assurances of a detailed and sanitized vehicle due to the ongoing pandemic were unmet, as evident from the pictures taken upon delivery. Unfortunately, my parents fell ill after their visit.The advertised 160-point check only resulted in checkmarks, and the overall quality was disappointing.I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these concerns with the owner of Wiens. My dissatisfaction is significant, and I invite them to reach out to me.This experience has left me reluctant to engage with Wiens again. Despite a nominal $200 discount, quality service is paramount, and I urge for a reevaluation to ensure customers' hard-earned money is respected.“The Grandma Rule”Still no response from Thornhill Toyota

I just bough a toyota sienna from this dealeship . They didnt even reduced a single penny from the listed price but I liked the vehicle and purchesed it but it was missing the listed original alloy wheels. They gave me a discount around 900 dollars but it costed me more than1400 dollars for the rims and tires. I would suggest you to check out other toyota dealership before ends up here. Anyway , I am happy with my purchases and the salesman was ok.

Had a worst experience purchasing an used 2020 RAV4 from Thornhill Toyota in Sep 2023 (Stock # 12103489A). Complained about the unprofessional behavior of the sales person to the sales manager but it was a complete waste.Better to stay away from Thornhill Toyota

Dealing with this group is a joke. Never respond to emails and phone calls. They take your money and ghost you. AVOID any of their dealerships. Review DealerRate and you see a consistent theme BAD SERVICE.ACTUALLY, YOU SEE IT HERE TOO. LOOK AT ALL THE 1'S. Then they say send us an email .LOL. That gets you ghosted again.

He explained all the new functions In the car, set up the. I was very pleased with his service. I like to give him five stars for his excellent service.

I guess they don't want to sell any cars- a inquiry about a internet listed vehicle that had the listed as gray-- inquiry was made clarify was it off shore grey or metallic silver ( it appeared silver in the pic) response came back it was gray-- a visit to the dealership left me waiting for 5 minutes to see someone, then left.

Called Barrie Mercedes service 9 am for service and left a message. Also called 3 more times . It now 5pm and no call back . Terrible service snd totally unacceptable

Had the displeasure of driving on the 400 today alongside one of your employees driving a white Honda Odyssey Van. License Plate: Wiens76. Why not teach them to use their turn signal and learn to slow down as well as stay in their lane on the highway.
