Joyce was great at explaining details of using the CPAP machine and related accessories. Like others said, it is difficult to reach this location by phone so all my communication thus far have been through email. Learned a lot about CPAP when visited, collected optimum points, and had a smooth experience.

My review is for this great attendant Patty. She patiently heard my needs regarding my left knee muscle tear. Gave me a number of options to try different types of braces and sizes and even went back to the warehouse to find a new piece for me. She was very gentle and caring. Full marks. Please do ask her for a great service.
