Worst winners ever. None of the sections are organized. Every time I went to my size in shirts, shoes or pants it was a mess. Very frustrating. The change rooms are dirty, with hangers and paper all over the floors. The store is also so small there is not enough of any one thing in any section. For example, there were only 15 pairs of jeans in my size to look through. I do not recommend.

Ibrahim and Youseff are the nicest customer service employees I’ve ever met at a Winners! They are also very helpful.
The store itself has good collection and can always find something I need.

We had a very good experience at the store today thanks to excellent service by a salesgirl named Harveen. She has a very pleasant demeanor and went out of her way to show us the items we were interested in and given us excellent advice. We will definitely shop at this store again thanks to her.

The cashier Julia is very rude. Extremely slow and very offensive.
She asked another cashier in front of me if they actually carried the brand of the dress I was returning, insinuating I was returning a dress that was not purchased from Winners. Extremely unprofessional. The dress clearly still had the Winners tag on it and that’s why I was returning it. She didn’t even bother apologizing.
Julia honey, find another job, retail is clearly not for you.
As someone who shops weekly at Winners/Marshalls/Homesense, this location lacked options and thanks to Julia, it didn’t feel like the usual experience you get at Winners. Go to the one on Red Maple Rd (it’s just 10 min away) - the cashiers AND the store itself are much much much better at that location.

I love this location. They have lots of parking so it is a great place to go to for a quick purchase during my lunch. They have a very organized store and the employees are nice. The discount shelves are always a good place to find even better deals. I have found great boots, purses, clothing, jewelry, and gifts here. It's definitely a great place to find a lot of things at great prices. I love that they carry Betsy Johnson products :)
I love shopping here, there is always something new to buy.

It’s sad because I had a terrible experience today at this location, considering the elders in my family always goes there and my boyfriend knows the owner, there was an Asian lady by the name of Renee today working in the change room, and as I walked she counted every last item I had in my hand, everyone else after me, who just all happened to be Asian or white, she did not count their items, I’m a black female and I assume her assumption was what else? I know she doesn’t own the store, so I’m not too sure what’s the justification for this type of behaviour. Minimum wage to practice racism is never worth it.
