I had a great service with rainbow working there. That girl is doing her job very well, always welcome guests with her smile and very helpful. she offered me virgin sim thats also really good with fast internet. Really appreciated

Got an internet plan with rogers here at this kiosk back July 2023. My plan was supposed to be $60 per month, but instead it was set up as $65 with a $5 monthly credit to make it $60. The rep said the $5 credit will appear after 3 months. Guess what…I still have not received any credit. I have been following up with the rep since September 2023. I keep getting excuses that he’s waiting on the rogers area rep to escalate but nothing as happened. I visited the kiosk back December and these reps still don’t have any answer. The manager was there, buddy couldn’t do anything. I’ve worked this position before, let me tell you that things would not have gotten this far. This is quite outrageous to be honest. I have visited them again few weeks ago, and the rep there at the time said he has never heard of this credit…lol what a bunch of incompetent people. Not to be rude but you guys need to step your game up. 4.6 rating is a joke.

Tony provided me and my family exceptional service setting up new plans for us during the holiday season. Last time I dealt with Tony was over 7 years ago and his attitude and dedication for excellent customer service has only gotten better throughout the years. My parents do not like changing their plans as it causes a disruption in their service and Tony made it so seamless and easy for them. I can't say enough about the tremendous service I received at this location. Efren was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. He truly is an asset to Wireless Wave. Horrible place to get a phone, It's been 2 months and I still haven't got my phone. Whenever I would call for updates on when my phone is coming I would always get different responses.
