Only drive 23000km then batteries dead with no reason, spend $860 to change both batteries and THEY DEAD IN 2 MONTHS AGAIN.Update:The replaced new batteries died again within two years, they replaced again (this is 3rd pair of batteries in five years since first purchase) and still no reason why the batteries keep dying ?Also even my car has been recalled and replaced some front suspension parts, it still has “death wobble” when driving on highway sometimes. I bought in my car to check this problem and they told me they didn’t find anything wrong, and if I want I can change suspension part again to see if it helps but they don’t have that part and don’t know how long it takes to order.So yeah, in conclusion, basically here’s no customer service provided once you purchase the car and even it’s their product quality fault, you still have to pay for it.

The dealership service is very expensive and the front desk is very rude. Replacement parts are very expensive, especially small parts that are three times the price elsewhere. They only told the price when the car was about to be repaired, and in the end I had to pay the high fee. Very unpleasant experience!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! confusing, unhelpful, poor customer service! I've had extremely disappointing service this year (May & Nov 2023).1) Unaccommodating. The door to access the service dept is NOT ACCESIBLE for people who have physical disabilities.2) VERY CONFUSING. Their online booking system doesn't work, I do not get an email confirmation to confirm appointments.3) Management does not respond. using their website, I wanted to share a concern with the management team in May 2023. Unfortunately, I did not hear back after attempting to contact. NO RESPONSE!3b) In May, an employee called me multiple times during workday hours to confirm my email. That information is in their system. The purpose of the call was so that I can provide feedback. I never got that email! That wasted 25 minutes of my time when I was at work. Be considerate of people's time and follow up with what you said.4) UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Today, when I walked into the service dept for an oil change appt that was not confirmed, I was not greeted with a "Hi, How are you?" from an employee. Instead, he commented inappropriately and asked me why I didn't bring him coffee like it was a joke. NOT APPROPRIATE customer service. This is not how you should approach your clients.5) DISCOURTEOUS and UNSASTISFACTORY CS. After picking up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly slapped with an $160 bill. I was not informed that this oil change service was not covered by my warranty. When asking the service attendant where I can access that information, he responded that he does not have access to it. Left feeling super baffled, upset and angry that this situation was not handled well.Overall, the service from Chrysler Woodbine is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They do not provide reasonable solutions for the issues brought up by their clients. 0/5 stars.

Lol look at all these shill 5 star reviews. Notice how most of them are reviews from people that probably posted it right after buying a car. No kidding they'll treat you well when you're trying to buy, the worst comes AFTER your purchase.Customer service with this place is absolutely terrible, they're rude, incompetent, impatient and more than half the time, they'll pin the blame on you for things they've clearly made a mistake on.These guys are poor at maintenance, and they've lost my winter tires as well, no apologies, no compensation, just "too bad". If you've bought your car here, literally go anywhere else for maintenance because these guys will create more problems than they'll fix. They'll constantly change your appointment times and even give you the wrong tires. Now lets see if they'll add some snarky passive aggressive reply to this lol

I purchased the car from this dealer, and lost the wheel lock key recently. When I called to ask for help, they said they could sell me a new one and even asked me for the item number. But the tag is lost also, so I drove there to show the lock.Unfortunately, after I arrived there , things changed. They just told me that they could NOT sell me one and what they could do was to ask the services to remove the locks by their master set.And the price of replacing 4 Nuts is over 200.

Have 8 Ram trucks and these guys just ruined the reputation of Ram/Chrysler for me. Refused to cover the DEF system repairs claiming “they found diesel in the DEF” which is ridiculous. When there is diesel in the DEF there is a code in a system for that and they couldn’t show me one. It was just based on their visual examination. As well this dealership placed restriction on the vehicle, so no more repairs to the vehicle could be done at any other dealership. And this was done only because I was trying to figure out this.

After my experience with Woodbine Chrysler and Mr Vardan their sales manager. I will no longer be a Chrysler/dodge customer. The way I was treated was just beyond ignorant, and complete racial prejudice! I wasn't Indian and didn't deserve a fair price I guess. As the person that originally sent me to the dealership bought the se vehicle I was buying for a fair bit less in the same month!

I want to thank you for being guys. You are the first of all those dealers who was laughing on me every time I approached them and they said what it seems to me. As the owner of a Jeep Gladiator, I can say with confidence that this track is very specific and requires special attention from mechanics. When I got the smell of burnt oil in the cabin due to oil leaking from the sensors on the engine, all the dealers as one said its normal. It infuriated me and I felt helpless in this matter. Only you helped me and treated my problem as if it were your own. Thank you again. I will return to you in the near future and I hope you can help me this time with my ticking engine. Thank you guys
