I bought my Samsung S24 new phone in December 2024 from wow mobile but within a week it start giving me problem , it was turning off by itself then I waited but it was kept turning off , then I went store again to return and they gave me new device may be but second device also had same issue ,when I went second time they said they can't do anything, they asked me to go to samsung , when I went samsung store they said main board is defected , they replaced the main board . Now again after three months my phone again turning off by itself . Now again I have to go to samsung store to find out what they can do for me . I also called TELUS and they said , the IEMI number is same for both phone , Overall wow mobile wasted my huge amount of time , it was bad service , when they are giving you phone on DEALS may be they are doing something fishy or cheating , they are giving you defected phones .The device i got from them gave me so much headache , wastage of time , at the they will say they can't do anything and go to samsung store . Don't buy new phone from them . I will not suggest wow mobile to get new device from Markville Location .
