Everything was great at the shop, but online order wasn’t. I had to return 1 dress and order a smaller size. The 1st dress was new, but the second looked like someone with a bigger size tried it. So there are some small defects with material. I don’t have time to exchange the 3rd time. But those who package the clothes for pick up should attentively check any defects. It looks like I’ve got already used clothes. If I had time I’d return it back!

Clothes are getting shrinked after first wash. And they are not taking return after wash. I have a quality issue with zara now. Terrible experience .

Couldn't find any of the clothes I liked from the online store. This was the first Zara I've ever visited in person and I was disappointed by the selection. Also, the sale rack was an absolute mess (like they are trying to sell severely damaged clothing), and the other customers were so rude and pushy (that's not the stores fault, I understand).

I went in for an online pickup and had a terrible experience. Usually, I go to the women's changing room and the process is quick and easy. However, today it felt like I was the last priority. I was informed that pickups had been moved to the men’s changing room. When I got there, the 'manager' simply pointed me to a corner and then proceeded to assist every other customer at the cash register who arrived after me. They directed two more people to the corner after me and continued to focus on other tasks. It felt like, as an online customer, I wasn’t treated as a priority. I eventually approached an associate on the floor to ask what was going on. Some time later, the manager finally brought out packages for the two people who arrived after me. When I mentioned that I had been there first, he finally decided to scan my barcode and retrieve my package. It seems like the issue lies with the manager in the men's department—he was rude and seemed indifferent. I guess online purchases don’t earn commissions, so I wasn’t treated like a valued customer.

worst store manager. A short hair asian lady.I bought a dress with 17 loose threads, 2 spots with loose stitches, 1 stotched in paper tag that does not belong to any part of the dress. They refuse to return because it was one day over 30days. They could only exchange as 9.99 when i bought the dress at 53. So i spent 53dollars on trash that's not wearable

Sahar I believe her name was. AMAZING! I asked her for some girl advice on a really cute dress I saw the other day, she was so helpful, I even compared the two sizes I was looking at with her. She’s really a girls girl. THANK YOU AND I WILL BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

Zero stars if possible. Worst and slowest customer service I have ever received with only one person in this whole entire store. No one cares to help you either. Would never recommend coming here.

Worst customer service by the store manager Julian. I had returns from Massimo Dutti and they could not find the records on their system and had to call in for manual refunds. Understand system issues could occur but it was just poorly managed. Julian was so impatient through the process and at the end refuse to provide any written confirmation that items have been returned to store. When an email confirmation didn’t come through, he refused to address the issue other than telling me to call the 1800 #. If the system is working and can be trusted I wouldn’t have wasted any time. Is that really the attitude a manager should have when you represent a company that can’t deliver operationally?? The sales representative had a better attitude than the manager. Clearly something is wrong with this store management selection.

Friendly staff at this location; Markville mall. At Fairview mall Zara, change room attendant tells you to re-hang the clothes on the hanger before returning to them after trying it on (may be was just few employees? Or its a regular policy there?) We were made to feel like they are doing us a favor by letting us try on the clothes before purchasing. At Markville mall zara, everyone was so nice especially the gentleman working in the change room. I felt grateful for a normal service I should expect from all retail stores. He didn't repeat to everyone like an order to re-hang the clothes on the hanger and he greeted everyone with such positive attitude and offered to help with sizes. Although it wasn't asked, I went out of my way to hang all the clothes I tried on to perfection before returning what I didn't buy. I can tell this store hires and trains their staff well! Compliments to management also!
