Date of visit: September 21, 2024; about 5:30 or 6pm
Pro: Well-stocked shelves and coolers.
Cons: One of the dirtiest service station bathrooms I’ve ever seen, from sink to toilet to floor. Bonus: no soap in the dispenser!
When I informed the clerk, she shrugged her shoulders in resignation or annoyance and muttered, “You’re not a paying customer anyways.” My spouse was standing at the counter and making a purchase.
Gas up somewhere else, Google review readers. Their gas costs more, the bathroom is gross and the staff is either rude or demoralized; I couldn’t tell which.

Very untidy location. I was appalled that I was not able to use the washroom as there is no lock on the door. It’s obvious to me, the person that runs this location is not very competent. Fix the lock, don’t put a hand written sign to knock on the washroom door as the lock is broken. I will avoid this location on my travels.

I have been to this station a total of three times, twice I paid inside, both of the cashier's that I interacted with leave an incredible void in quality of customer service. The third I paid at the pump, at least the pump did it's job properly.

Should be 24h or atleast open at 6am there has been a few times I needed gas but had to scrape by because not one station was open.

Beware...I would not recommend using Visa/ MasterCard/ debit at this business. I was there today and was taken for 102.50 over and above the 62.50 I was given. Use cash or keep on driving. The owner didn't even contact me to assist in recifying the problem. They also own the pizza pizza and KFC in the same plaza. Great staff but very poor ownership.

Since Marmora is situated directly halfway between Ottawa and Toronto, one would think that gas stations like this Esso would also start catering to EVs that already make up 10 percent, (and growing!) of all vehicles using highway 7.
