Were passing through looking for gas, lights and everything on but where an hour late turning on the pumps and very poor customer service. Lady was very rude, unprofessional.

Great selection of gifts and food. Includes puzzles, clothes, cards and more. Staff friendly with clean washroom. Will stop here more often.

Hours on google are incorrect as of Friday, Sept 8th, 2023. On route to our destination, we opted to pass the gas station in Espanola and purchase at your Shell after verifying the store didn't close until 11pm. Confirmed multiple times: the hours of operation indicate open until 11pm. As soon as we pulled up at 1030pm we saw the lights were off. If the store isn't open until 11pm on a Friday night, please update your hours posted on the internet. Thankfully we had enough fuel to backtrack but super annoyed that we're now 45+ minutes behind schedule. One star only because I can't post zero.

******* I went in first to pay for gas and munchies, my wife and kids went in later, my family was watched, not by just the staff but by all the customers inside. Thinking they were stealing but just using the bathroom, visibly upset my family came back looking like they just went through some stuff and they did! They got disrespected and almost beaten up for speaking their truth, that they weren't trying to steal or anything. Just horrible service, not going back, telling all my family and friends not to go there, beware racism at its finest!******** I'm upset I had to give them one star!
