Sold me a broken bottle of water and when I tired to explain that the bottle was leaking I was told I dropped it and am clearly lying. Will not be buying from this store anymore.
Clerk could have easily said all sales on water are final and they are sorry but instead i get accused of running some scam to exchange my bottle and yelled at until i get out the door.

Kumar is great. He takes the time to get to know his customers and works hard to make sure his customers are happy. I’m very thankful to have him in the community! The service here is great and the baked goods are delicious

Used to be good, now you have to be careful, they ripped me off with water bottle and the returns of empty ones. Rude with customers and ice cream are not what it used to be either

MOLD - second time now I have run here for a quick pick up only for the item (not past labelled expiry) to have mold. Not sure if there is a refrigeration issue? I wont be back. Extremely overpriced anyways but this is just gross now.

Really dissapointed about there cone sizes as they are very thrifty with the cone servings. I got a large one finally because they seem to be small everytime I get a medium. I thought I was gonna get a huge cup of ice cream and she only gave me 2 and half scoops :-/
They need to start giving better servings like before. They were know for there cone sizes with the previous owners. ..

Working in this area i stop and got some drinks and snacks ask the lady at the front desk if they had a washroom she look to the back of the store and told me no they don't. . .

Customer service is horrible. The staff don’t say anything just ring you up, they don’t even tell you the price of what you’re buying. I’m very disappointed with this store I used to love going there, but now I do not plan on going there anymore.

I went in the other day for ice cream and let me tell you, something has changed with this place because the portions they give keep getting smaller and smaller, I probably got a tablespoon of ice cream in that cup. They should be ashamed to be charging over $3 for almost nothing….not the first time, but the last time.

The last 2 times I went in for ice cream they tried charging me extra thinking I don’t know the original price, it’s really embarrassing for them with the amount of ice cream (or LACK of) they give and charge for it.

The attitude, the service, and the incompetence of the staff.......
I don't think I need to say anything else. I will never stop at this store again. I would rather drive the extra mile than stop at this store.
I used to love stopping at this store. No more.
