This is by far the hardest bank to get in contact with. Everything is automated and can never get a hold of anyone at the branch. I even tried to contact headquarters for finance, again automated and hangs up on you. Thankfully it's only a loan I have here and not personal banking needs. I highly highly recommend any other financial institution. The subject I want looked after is simple quick and easy. I would hate to be in the elderly population where many still rely on a person telephone call and not online services.

This unfort is the slowest bank in the area. The tellers are not very friendly. Thinking of transferring to another bank Was there again June 13th, nothing has changed, will def be changing banks. Walked out after waiting in line 15 mins. Only 2 tellers at a bank??? How can you expect to get good service? feel bad for the tellers. Worst service at a bank ever

Branch manager Rebecca very rude and aggressive towards customers for no reason. Really got me worked up but tellers are nice.
