“Carstar Midland took care of the insurance damage appraisal and did the repairs on my SUV. While it took almost a week for our car to begin getting assessed, the repair itself took about 2 weeks once parts arrived and you could tell the level of detail technicians had when diagnosis issues/damage and outlining the repairs. Staff were always happy to give an update when I asked and answer my questions.
Coordinating pick up with a business that's not open on weekends or late on weekdays is tough when you live far away. However, Kris (from Carstar) did a good job helping us coordinate around our schedule. I highly recommend they get a lockbox for easy weekend or off-hour pickups!
Overall, we are very pleased with the care and detail that went into fixing our brand new SUV.”
