Staff are nice enough but wait times are absolutely brutal. I even signed in on the app ahead of time, came in within the prescribed time frame, and had to wait another 40 minutes

Absolutely fantastic. Only waited 20 minutes when it was abit busy. So efficient with only 1 poke. Friendly staff and nice waiting area. Will bring my mother back again.

I have to go for blood work every 3 months. The staff are so friendly and they never leave a nasty bruise on my arm like other places do. They are gentle when they take blood. Would recommend to everyone.

Service was excellent especially Langa the technician who did my blood work she seems very dedicated to her job. She traveled from Toronto with a threat of a snow storm. Personally I think she is a valuable member of your team.

Just finished a lactose test, its a 2.5 hour process. Lorraine was my nurse and was wonderful. Lorraine was very professional and friendly and i had 100% confidence in her. Lorraine is a superstar at this Dynacare! Thanks Lorraine ❤️

Only giving 1 star because it wouldn't let me put 0. I went to this location for a test for further testing for my pregnancy. So already stressed to the max, i go there and the man at the front said " you're only 1 month pregnant", i said no, my doctor made an error i am actually 13 weeks pregnant hence the further testing being needed. Instead of making the change on the document, he did not trust my word, even though i told him at least 5 times, he did not even try to understand me, or ask me to have my doctor resend the referral . Instead, he took my blood and just disregarded what i said and did not make any changes. This resulted in my test not being done properly, or at all. The only reason my test even got done it because my doctor had to call Dynacare head office and explain and demand this get done. This test was supposed to take 10 days, it has now been 3 weeks. This is a stressful test to have to do during pregnancy and Dynacare midland has totally stressed me out to the max because they couldn't' t bother to listen to me. Don't go here unless its your last resort.

Very helpful, and very professional. I use the lab on a regular basis and everyone is polite, friendly and very good at what they do, I realize they are very busy and Covid has been very stressful for them all but they provide exceptional service.

A very personable and professional staff work at the Midland location. I was extremely pleased with Tammy as she made me feel comfortable and gave me a wonderful needle with no pain involved. We are lucky to have such wonderful people working in our town. Thanks Tammy for being so caring and pleasant.Debbie
