No longer give rain check for products they stock. So you can only get one for things they rarely stock. You'll never be able to use it. Ridiculous
They'll have a sale with nothing on the shelves but no rain check for that product. Sick of companies that treat customers badly because they don't care and are just after getting as much money out of you as they can

Great place to shop. Canadian owned and operated, might be Canada's finest discount department store these days! Tons of selection and variety. Always good prices. Store is easy to navigate. Lots of parking. Staff were friendly.

Always happy with the prices. They have an interesting selection of goods that's always different than other retailers. Good selection of clothing and household items. The price for produce and meat is very reasonable and the quality is excellent.

As a cottager, GT is a rite of passage in cottage country and this location does not disappoint! Clean and well stocked and the most personable and helpful staff you could ask for especially Fran our favourite cashier who my husband has a crush for because of how lovely she is. Highly recommend this store!

If you close at 6pm on a Saturday, but online and on the entrance door says 7pm, it causes some inconvenience for customers showing up to find the door is locked.
