“I would like to say thank you to Mr.Tan La who i do believe is the owner that helped me out, on July 24th of this year I went to the Phoenix jewelry co. To see if I could get the eyelet repaired. It is the screw cap to my cross urn necklace witch holds my father's ashes, I broke the eyelet off as I was tightening the cap. This was devastating to me as the next day was my dads celebration of life and I wanted to show off my necklace to my family, I took it to Phoenix jewelry co. And Mr.Tan La fixed it up for me and asked me what it was from and I told him its the eyelet to my cross urn and was very grateful that he fixed it right at that moment as I needed it the next day and Mr.Tan said that's why he fixed it and didnt charge me. Again thank you and I appreciate 🙏 what you did for me, it ment a lot to me.”
