Staff is always kind and considerate. Have witnessed the store manager be abused both times I was in. She always handles the clients professionally and considerate. I think she is amazing and one of the best loan reps I’ve experienced.

The Lady at the front desk freaked out after I was questioning her about a policy they had. Which was she couldn't cash my money transfer because it didnt have my Middle name on it, because mu I.D did... She said this is policy at every money mart... I took it to Walmart and they cashed it in 2 seconds, no problem at all!!!! Not helpful at this location at all, do not reccomend this place as this person has no idea how to deal with people, nevermind customers....

When I visit the Money Mart in Midland I am always greeted with a smile and treated kindly especially from Heather! I love the service I receive from her! She is kind, polite, and professional! Great customer service!
