“I can not say enough about this pharmacy and the staff. When this pandemic struck us in March 2020 I was with another pharmacy located in a grocery store. The grocery store opened at 7 am for seniors. I am a high risk senior and my husband has dementia and is dependant on me therefore I can not take chances and get sick. I had many sleepless nights over this. So 7 am grocery shopping was great and hardly anyone in the store. Only issue is the pharmacy did not open until 8am when I called them about it they told me to wait around once I was done shopping???? Really? Then they said they would delivery it. I asked is it a staff member, Nope it is by taxi. Hell no. Where I live there is not a hope in hell I would allow a taxi driver to bring my meds to me. I watch them pick up people across from where I live and there are no masks the jump in the front seat beside the driver and these people do NOT social distance. Okay I had to find a solution. I can not use Shopper's as they have perfume at the main entrance in every store. I am allergic very allergic to it. Yes they deliver but how was I to pay. I can't go in due to allergies and I will not allow someone to my door. I called Midland Guardian and they bent over backwards for me. They have a delivery person on staff and she is wonderful! They charge my orders and I pay by card or cheque the beginning of the next month. Today I realized I had not ordered my inhalers and I was out. It is Saturday and no deliveries. I asked if they could fill it first thing and I would run up to get them. I am terrified to be out in public and due to severe breathing issues wearing a mask more than 15 - 20 seconds and a panic sets in. They told me to call when I got to the mall to make sure it was ready. I did and they asked if they could bring it to me. Thank you to each and every staff member here as you go above and beyond excellent service. Highly recommend them.”
