I locked myself out of my car today at the beach. In my panic, I called so many people from locksmiths to towing companies closer to my location. No one wanted to come out or work on a Sunday. HOWEVER- Towne Towing came to my rescue in record speed and had me back in my car in mere minutes. I am so grateful and cannot recommend enough this company that gave me such a high level of care in my dire need. Thank you!

The hood latch on my son's car went causing the hood to pop open and smash the front windshield while on the 400. It was only my three sons in the car - a 17 year old, a 14 year old and a 12 year old. Gord was like a superhero to help them and get them to safety. Thanks for your help and taking care of my kids.

AVOID This place is highway robbery. His rates are insane. BEWARE they will play games when the are closing and try to get you out of more money. Reporting this Ontario Consumer Complaint.

I wouldn’t hire these guys if I had to tow a toy car . Terrible customer service, rude and obnoxious. Save yourself the trouble and call lesperance towing company .

Had to get my truck towed twice in one month, and this is the company that came to my rescue both times. I had the same driver for both calls, and he was quick, fast, and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and made a stressful situation so much easier.
Tow truck drivers don’t get the appreciation they deserve. They work long hours, often in tough conditions, to help people out when they’re stuck on the side of the road. Whether it's late at night, in bad weather, or on busy highways, they’re there to get the job done. This driver went above and beyond both times, and I really felt like I was in good hands.

Car broke down in Midland. (lower ball joint went). Called CAA. Gordon the tow truck driver to the rescue.
I was pretty upset, stressed out, late for work, and an hour from home. He was very kind, and polite. Stopped 3x during the ride home to verify my car safely secured. Got me home safe. Thank you.
100% would recommend Gordon as a tow truck driver.

Great experience with these guys. Ross was the driver I got and he was very gentle and careful with everything, not rushing or being rough. It was much appreciated and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow in the area!

I’m so disappointed that I’m unable to score 0 or even negative integers for this horrible company. They don’t deserve a 1.We bought a brand new ( expensive) pickup from Bourgeois and bought the highest end warranties for a very hefty price tag with the promise of 24 hour Roadside assistance.Although Ford Assistance (April) called Towne towing, they had told her they refused to come until morning. ( It’s Midnight-01:00 Saturday night and We were due back at work for 07:00) AND… They flat out refused to assist us until morning when we were stranded in the middle of the night with NOTHING open.This of course was completely unacceptable and unbelievable on so many levels BUT, I called myself and asked them to come. At first, “Joe” said they take cash/ credit/debit and they would send someone. When I explained who we were“Joe” flat out lied and said “ there’s no one until morning. They are UNRELIABLE, UNHELPFUL AND USELESS FROM OUR Perspective,This is who Bourgeois/ FORD have a contract with… WTH?Both Ford Roadside and Towne REFUSED to help.Fortunately for US, LESPERANCE towing came to help and we are incredibly grateful!!!!!CALL LESPERANCE TOWING AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS JOKE OF A USELESS COMPANY! We are escalating this issue and hope Ford cancels their contract because they certainly are NOT accountable, credible or helpful. They should NOT be under contract for a service they are NOT providing.???

This company is a fraud. My car was towed after it had a 3 km mileage of 825$. It shocked me with this very high price. I hope all people stay away from this company. They are scammers.
