Paid to have a package delivered, had it marked as a safe drop,never left the office and will be returned because they can't be bothered.This is an ongoing issue with this office, they will not do their job

Called multiple times, no answer for a small question. Went there myself cuz its a 10 minute drive. Asked for a extra mail key for myself. And didn't get one. Was told to go get it cut myself. Even though most homehardwares don't cut post office keys. Rude customer service.
