Big Bear has great customer service. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love shopping here and will continue to do so as the staff are great. 10/10 experience. Abdullah especially is awesome.

Don't ever buy anything from this store. They will sell you faulty products in this case it was a vape and they didn't want to return or exchange my broken vape where I've had a similar issue at another store and they were able to exchange it no problem

I'd sit and wait for my pizza in the parking lot from Milton's Pizza and was curious about this Big Bear store. For a coupla' years any way. Finally approaching Christmas recently, I ventured in...
A munchies paradise! Potato chips, pretzels, hickory sticks, Nachos, chocolate bars from Great Britain priced in Pounds Sterling even, gummy bears...all the essential nutrients are here for one's burgeoning waistline as featured on your humble Google Local Guide.
Snoop around and you'll find a nice GLASS bong with 3 (three!) holes you can cover with your fingertips acting like venturi on a carburetor - you can adjust your air-to-smoke intake. But get this - 12.99!! (Try to find a glass bong at your fancy dispensary for 13 bucks!) I'll post pics - this pipe is a cannon! (Two fingers work best where you draw fresh air from only one hole.)
So the glass stems tend to break first on a glass bong, right? Not to worry - Big Bear has you covered and even sell replacement glass stems for around five bucks!
Screens? Screens were 5 for a buck in the eighties! And they're still 5 for a buck at Big Bear Convenience Store!
Friendly staff 'cept for the arrogant kid (minus one star - sorry!) that was explaining to me how a bong is not a pipe...and yet I've been smoking the stuff since before his parents were born and am lacking the brain cells to prove it. The store was busy, Christmas was in the air and I refrained from telling Mr. Know-It-All off, gentleman that I am.
The staff (except for the Mr. Know-It-All) are so polite and appreciative of your business that it makes your shopping experience unique and enjoyable.
So...as you're waiting for your delicious pizza from Milton's Pizza give Big Bear Convenience Store a try and drive home safe and sober with everything you need to really tie one on and enjoy delicious munchies afterwards!
To quote priceless prose from The Max Machine:

Stay away from the Chinese guy and don't deal with him. He's a big scammer if you wanna send or receive money through Western Union.The other guys are very nice , but the Chinese guy, NO WAY.

Been a long time customer here and here almost daily until today. I was sold a 30$ faulty vape that just auto fired killing the battery causing juice to leak out everywhere. The indicator clearly showed the vape is still almost full but the owner couldn't be bothered to replace it. Poor customer service
