Lousy and rude staff, do not want to open an account despite two available staff roaming around and chating and pushing for booking an appointment. The branch online calender was showing quite openings as well. Very poor customer services.

Pls invest on providing training to the resources. Arleen was trying to do a task fast but made errors which resulted in having to correct the error and it took extra 20 min. She could have asked questions to make draft proper but did not ask anything nor confirmed information which led to error. Initially we sat in the office for few minutes and then were kicked out of cabin while she was fixing errors. We had to then stand outside for 20 ish min or so. Needs some customer service training to really help people with patience as she made it very complicated and needs to take the time to do the task so there are no errors.

The worst customer service ever! I think everyone at this branch is inept. If I could give no stars, I would. The people working here do not listen. I indicated that I did not want to use the online banking and was told… oh you can do this online.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The reviews are 100% right. Everyone working here is a LAZY BUM with ATTITUDE. I tried to open a checkings and savings account over the phone. I sent the necessary identification and AGAIN I am being sent to go in person. Fine. I go in person and NOBODY there can verify my identity because I don't have an appointment. (I am looking straight into offices and see that no one is with the worker. They must be SOOOO BUSY.) Fine. I try to make an appointment and this ENTIRE week is booked? I have to wait until next week? To show you a piece of plastic? This bank is a joke. No other bank would make you leave because you don't have an appointment. Miserable bank with miserable "employees".

Derry and Bronte 6931 Derry Road is a TERRIBLE location. They are not helpful at all. You can only speak to someone if you have an appointment. There was only one customer using the ATM, no one else accept staff and no one could help me. So if you have an emergency in regards to needing help with your accounts. This branch is not the place to go. If I could put no stars for my rating I would have.

I want this branch two different times each time I request help they don’t bother at all i have to call toll free to get the helpLast time my card limit exceeded I requested form person who was workingThey said sorry we are closed come tomorrow before 5 every time i got disappointed really need to change the stuff as soon as possible

I think the bank needs to change the staff. First of all they hardly know what they are offering. They will just tell you to call the toll free to get more info. Never answer the phone and have made it next to impossible to get an appointment. I am not sure how come this branch is so busy that the next available dates are always a month far. Having a terrible experience and for sure will stop using them for my direct deposits.

Inexperienced and uneducated staff that gives unnecessary extra advice. Making me contemplate changing banks. There should be a new quote for cibc. "Hope we can make your life more difficult." Join any other bank. Instead of this Milton location.

I live near this branch and prefer not to visit it in person. She deposited my cheque through the ATM but forgot to give me the receipt for the deposited cheque. Afterwards, she mentioned she had to make a call that would cause me trouble. I was asking to meet her manager but they said there is no manager in this branch lol hahahaha

This branch is the only one I’ll go to in town. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful for me. They don’t have cash on site which can sometimes be inconvenient, but it’s pretty quiet, and the staff will do their best to help.
