Great place to buy kids' toys, birthday, or party items. Also, there is a great selection of decorations for Ramadan. Stationary items & products for cooking/ kitchen supplies. Lots of free parking.

Visited on Saturday evening, and the customer service was great! I was greeted and helped by an older lady - very sweet and friendly. Her smile was contagious - wish I got her name. The store was also very organized and clean.

Absolutely horrible service. Bought 2 Ramadan decoration items and one of them literally short circuited in my hands. The other one didn’t work. Took it back to the store asking for a refund. They asked for a receipt which I wasn’t given and said everything Ramadan decorations is final sale (again something they didn’t mention). They exchanged 1 item, although I was reluctant to even do that since the other one short circuited! The lady at the counter seemed to agree to do a store credit but asked the owner who totally bailed on the idea and was even rude over the phone. I talked calmly so that their other customers don’t have to hear the complaint but the owner rather accused me for talking too loudly. Not my fault that I was put on speaker phone! I will be talking to franchise owners the next business day!

The items were very overpriced. Customer service is horrible. I was standing waiting to be cashed out and the 2 girls behind the counter were busy making videos.
